This was in a very nice air conditioned, newly remodeled auditorium. He is my second grandchild to graduate from this school, we still have one more to go and a handful of nieces & nephews who also attend. So overall we have been coming here to school performances and Holiday shows since my eldest grandson started here in 2011. He is now in High School at Mater Dei. I was a bit reticent when they started going to this school because I would have preferred them to attend a Catholic private school. Because we are Catholic. But as usual time has proven me wrong. The wonderful academic excellence and innovation, that this school provides has showed me that, the right choice was made. I see how happy and well rounded my grandkids have become. They are into sports, music; one plays the cello incredibly well. It seems that this school places a high priority on individual achievements, probably due to the 13:1 student teacher ratio. All of this with the added benefit of providing a moral education along with the academic one. The school is very well maintained, and the staff is incredible. Grandparents are treated as special guests; we even have a special day when the kids perform just for us. So, in my humble opinion this is one of, if not the finest private pre-school to 8th grade school in Chula Vista. I am a fan and I guess always have been. These teachers pray for their students, they take the time to make sure things are prepared for their students. And the director and assistant director or wonderful. This is a wonderful, safe and healthy environment for any preschool family from any form of background. One thing I loved about this school when I first started working there was even if you don't believe or aren't a Christian, this school will still accept you. And that to me, shows their true hearts.

They communicate well and they help you help your child by sharing their strengths as well as the areas where they may need a little more help. The office staff Ms Suzanne and Ms Debbie are so helpful with children and parents . They know so many kids by name . The principal walks around and takes time to say hello and smile and talk to you . Everyone who works there makes sure our kids are safe and do their best to communicate with parents through class dojo or email . I know that when I drive away that my daughter will be safe . The after school program is great positive vibes Mr Juan and his staff are nice people and they communicate well . They have extra curricular activities like art Mrs C does some very nice art projects and the board games is super fun . As well as music class . There's also Spanish and chess and things like that and science . The people that help at the crosswalk to keep kids safe are great! Mrs B. in Kindergarten is an amazing teacher who brought our child's academics to the next level, all the while fostering a safe and nurturing environment. She was an instrumental part of our child's growth over the past year, and is the main reason our youngest loves her school so much. She is an absolutely wonderful teacher. Mrs Ashley in first grade, and Mrs Kohl, in second grade, worked closely with our oldest daughter for the past two years. I can't say enough about these amazing teachers. They have fostered a love of learning in our child, and she is now reading and writing, and doing math far above grade level, compared to her friends that are in public schools. My family loves Victory Christian Academy and I can't see my kids attending any other school. The Principal, teachers and families are all top notch and together they have created a very special school. If you are looking for a safe and engaging school that has high academics, a focus on biblical studies and an amazing staff, this is the school for you.
