If I could give this "business" zero stars I most definitely would. My car was towed at around 11pm…read moreon a Friday. I was able to pick it up Saturday morning. Called this company to ask where my car was located and the man (I'm assuming the owner) stated that I would not be able to pick up MY vehicle until after 9am Monday morning because "9-5 Monday through Friday" are his business hours. Even though he towed my vehicle after his "business hours" the night before. He was very rude when we spoke and proceeded to tell me my car wasn't anywhere near where I thought it would be but it was actually in a town about 35 miles away AND that he would be charging me for every day my car sat on his lot even though I was ready with cash in hand to pick it up less than 24 hours after it had been towed. So I waited patiently for 9am Monday to roll around and called him again to ask how much it was going to cost to FINALLY get my car off his lot. He said to call back in an hour because he didn't have his "ticket book" on him. I'm currently waiting to call this man back. I am very irritated seeing as how this vehicle is my only form of transportation. This man is VERY unprofessional and VERY rude. I didn't have a choice in who towed my car at the time but I will NEVER use or recommend this company to anyone. UPDATE: Just called this terrible man back and he informed me it will cost OVER $400 to release my car to me. He then had the AUDACITY to say to me that the only reason it is so much is because my car sat there for so long. DON'T EVER USE THIS JOKE OF A TOWING COMPANY!!!
