I brought in a Fiat for a broken passenger window. They failed to order the parts for a week. When…read moreI checked to see if the parts came in, the girl in the office said " opps, out of site, out of mind". I waited in the office to make sure the parts were ordered before I left. I called a week later and the parts were in, but they didn't tell me. I brought the car in the following Monday. They had it for about 5 hours. They charged 1 hour to clean the broken glass. They charged to remove the seats to clean the glass from the floor. They then decided to charge an extra 2 hours to detail the car. When I picked the car up, it had glass in the glove box, glass between the seats, glass in the driver's side window seal, the mirror switch did not work and the drivers door card was delaminated and punctured. The 2 hr detail was smearing dirt in the front of the car. They said they would order a new mirror switch. Over 2 months and haven't heard from them. The drivers panel is now rattling when the window is down. Total bill was just under 1000.00

Kenny arrived and identified the problem and we were able to make it to our destination. The following day, they were able to work us in to get our alternator replaced while we were floating on the river. The price of the repair was much less than I anticipated and the friendliness of the team will not be forgotten. If C.R. Auto-Works was in our area, they would be the only shop I would trust to work on our vehicles.

8:30 PM. Saturday. July 3. Wife and 3 kids in car with me on the interstate about 2 hours from…read moreour final destination we blow a tire. The weekend was so busy I was on hold with USAA for almost 15 min when a state trooper pulled up to see if we needed help. He called Schrader's and they said they would be on their way, so I dropped my roadside call to wait. Schrader's arrived after about 30 minutes and the tech went out of his way to make sure the kids were doing well and comfortable. Our best plan at the time was to tow to Wal-Mart and have my sister pick up my wife and kids and bring them the rest of the way to their place; I would spend the night in a local hotel to walk over to Wal-Mart and get it fixed first thing the next morning. However, the driver said they would have a tire available so we took it to their shop and they did have a tire. They popped off the tire and found that whatever I had hit had not only punctured the tire, it had blown a 1/2" hole in the wheel. Just when I was starting to accept our independence day weekend was blown, they realize they have a Nissan Rogue in their junkyard and go and get me a new wheel. So after about a 3 hour total delay, we are back on the road. Again: 8:30 pm Saturday July 3, these guys hook me up with a tow, a tire and a wheel, for a grand total of.... $150. I was expecting closer to $500 and to be honest, I would not have complained at all. Schrader's came through with help when we were really in a tough position. I cannot recommend them enough.
