He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He put in a new battery, checked the charging system, gave them plenty of information and put their minds at ease about making the rest of their trip. I talked with him on the phone and was convinced he knew what he was talking about. He made me feel much better about my family's situation away from home.
