    This is the best car wash I've ever been to for the price. It is an automated car wash and if you want your car dried off you must bring your own cloths but they have state-of-the-art vacuums which are free to use ( with a car wash) for as long as you want...they're excellent!! it's clean, new and the person operating it which I can only assume is Chuck was very kind. For $12 you just can't beat it

    Worst car wash ever. $15 and my truck still had dirt I could wipe off with my finger. Avoid this place!

    My car comes out clean, but I will not return. Owner and attendant both incredibly rude. No one should treat customers the way they do.

    Terrible doesn't dry it very well. Doesnt was all that well either. Avoid this car wash.

    I love this place! They are at a really convenient location for me. I get unlimited #2 Washes every month for $32. Friendly staff!!

    I don't understand the complaints. I pay monthly, for all the washes I want. If the car is not clean, I go through again, at no charge.

I was alone or with ONE other customer in the waiting room for the entire experience. TWO HOURS later they came to tell me I needed new tires. I thought it was odd since I only had 20,000 miles on the car, but I told them ok (surprise - they were having a "special"! And frankly I wasn't thinking clearly - I just didn't want to come back again after sitting there for TWO HOURS already). Two hours later (FOUR HOURS TOTAL) I got upset and told them I really needed to get out of there. I went to pay the $1000 bill (!) and they said there's a 3% surcharge if you pay by credit card (no one mentioned this when I made the appointment and most people I know don't carry their checkbooks with them). I suggested maybe they could waive the fee given that I had been there FOUR HOURS. They said no we don't do that. When I got home I told my husband and brother what had happened and they couldn't believe I needed new tires at 20,000 miles or that it took FOUR HOURS (with virtually no other customers) to do this work. I did some web research to confirm that while hybrids can wear out tires faster, 20,000 miles was very low to have wear to the extent that they would need to be replaced. I immediately called the dealership (within an hour of leaving) and told them I want to see my tires, or at least pictures of them, to confirm this really needed to be done. The service manager was gone for the day but the front desk service women told me she'd relay my message. When service manager Jeff called back the next morning, he said he would try to send the tire pics and told me he would send me research showing the hybrid tires can wear out at 20,000 miles. Guess what - neither happened! The tires supposedly (miraculously) were picked up by their trash people in the few open hours between my call and Jeff's arrival the next morning. And Jeff never bothered to send any information to back up his claims. ANYWAY - I would beware of this place. They also haven't sent me the usual KIA post-service survey (another surprise!). I will have to contact KIA headquarters to make sure they know about my experience.

He can't even communicate correctly and messed my whole trade in. After 2 weeks of having the vehicle I was told to pay Wells Fargo $800 due to a reverse payment they stated I did but would not send me any proof that I reverse or cancelled a payment with Wells Fargo. I called Wells Fargo and paid the $800 dollars even though that wasn't even my payment it was $768 a month. I call Kia telling them I paid Wells Fargo the payment will hit on Friday they should get a new quote for the trade. After telling me they weren't paying the trade until I paid the $800. Then I showed up yesterday to get an oil change since I just went on vacation to Montana I asked them for my plates which I found out they were holding and that's why I did not receive them yet. They now state that they over paid Wells Fargo by $800 dollars and now I owe them the money after I already just paid Wells Fargo the $800. How does a huge company like this over pay after stating they will not pay the loan off until I pay Wells Fargo. I never heard from them about an over payment or anything until I arrived there yesterday no communication or nothing these people are horrible. Craig Ferguson also should not be in finance. Stay far away from this dealership take the time and go to Motion Kia I wish I never switched to this dealership. The new owners do not care about the problems. I have contacted the head General Manager of entire company that owns that dealership and he still did not help resolved this matter at all.

I knew that this dealership had a good reputation and their used inventory had three SUVs that would meet her needs. I contacted John, their used car sales manager, and set up an appointment. John greeted us with the three vehicles I requested ready for test drives. He was low pressure, informative, and best of all, he listened to her personal concerns. She found one CR-V with options she wanted (recent service, new tires, Apple CarPlay radio) and together with her husband worked out the price and financing. Especially helpful, he took their old Cjvic (not running!) in trade, rolled the trade into the purchase and towed it to the dealership with no towing fee... finally, he researched finance deals and told her he could get a lower interest rate for her by delaying the purchase one week. Like I said, he listened and was low pressure. Spotless dealership, well prepped used SUVs, market correct pricing, low to zero pressure, and a friendly salesman who seemed (and acted) like making the customer happy by meeting her needs was all he was interested in doing.

After a long misogynistic, gaslit conversation with manager, he eventually agreed to honor his initial offer. We agreed that I would come in with a check and car would be ready for me. When I got to the dealership a few hours later I was told the car was sold. The buyers were still sitting there completing their paperwork while I was there. It's obvious this dealership lacks professionalism and integrity and does not care for their customers.

They had 3! It was about 7:30pm and they close at 8pm. I spoke to Teah and let her know what my current deal with the other dealership was going to be to trade in my Honda CRV lease. She took my information and said she just needed to see if they could take my Honda. The next morning she texted me the first thing that they were still working on it. About twenty minutes later, she texted me that they could give me the exact same deal for the car. I was in disbelief and immediately drove to the dealership. I ended up getting the top-of-the-line car for about $50 more! Teah was awesome - I was there for about 1-2 hours honestly. From start to finish, this was such an easy process. There was no BSing me, no swindling or playing hardball with numbers. They were honest and straightforward. I would recommend anyone go here and call Teah anytime they want a Toyota!

The service department lies about repairs not being needed…read more After 16,000 miles the left front tire failed inspection in PA on my new 2025 Toyota Crown Hybrid.Their service department still wrote up the tire as good. The blower motor doesn't work and they lied and said the cars blower motor doesn't cool off or heat up the car. So just close as many vents to try and try to make it work. They didn't make the car so they can't fix it. I had a safety recall and an appointment at 10:00am. The first thing they said after an hours drive to get there is they can't do the safety recall. The head lights don't shine high enough and they don't adjust them even though the owners manual states to take your car to the Toyota service department to get them adjusted. The service manager was upset that I used the "f" bomb because they can't and don't know how to fix the car. That they can't find good help to work there and just accept it. My next step is to see an attorney next week, the 1st week in May 2026.
