I knew that this dealership had a good reputation and their used inventory had three SUVs that would meet her needs. I contacted John, their used car sales manager, and set up an appointment. John greeted us with the three vehicles I requested ready for test drives. He was low pressure, informative, and best of all, he listened to her personal concerns. She found one CR-V with options she wanted (recent service, new tires, Apple CarPlay radio) and together with her husband worked out the price and financing. Especially helpful, he took their old Cjvic (not running!) in trade, rolled the trade into the purchase and towed it to the dealership with no towing fee... finally, he researched finance deals and told her he could get a lower interest rate for her by delaying the purchase one week. Like I said, he listened and was low pressure. Spotless dealership, well prepped used SUVs, market correct pricing, low to zero pressure, and a friendly salesman who seemed (and acted) like making the customer happy by meeting her needs was all he was interested in doing.

After a long misogynistic, gaslit conversation with manager, he eventually agreed to honor his initial offer. We agreed that I would come in with a check and car would be ready for me. When I got to the dealership a few hours later I was told the car was sold. The buyers were still sitting there completing their paperwork while I was there. It's obvious this dealership lacks professionalism and integrity and does not care for their customers.

TL;DR: Within barely 12 hours, I had a brand new car with a no BS experience!…read more After running into issues with two other dealerships (and waiting two months for a car), I decided to call Newton to see if they had the car I wanted on their lot. They had 3! It was about 7:30pm and they close at 8pm. I spoke to Teah and let her know what my current deal with the other dealership was going to be to trade in my Honda CRV lease. She took my information and said she just needed to see if they could take my Honda. The next morning she texted me the first thing that they were still working on it. About twenty minutes later, she texted me that they could give me the exact same deal for the car. I was in disbelief and immediately drove to the dealership. I ended up getting the top-of-the-line car for about $50 more! Teah was awesome - I was there for about 1-2 hours honestly. From start to finish, this was such an easy process. There was no BSing me, no swindling or playing hardball with numbers. They were honest and straightforward. I would recommend anyone go here and call Teah anytime they want a Toyota!

The service department lies about repairs not being needed…read more After 16,000 miles the left front tire failed inspection in PA on my new 2025 Toyota Crown Hybrid.Their service department still wrote up the tire as good. The blower motor doesn't work and they lied and said the cars blower motor doesn't cool off or heat up the car. So just close as many vents to try and try to make it work. They didn't make the car so they can't fix it. I had a safety recall and an appointment at 10:00am. The first thing they said after an hours drive to get there is they can't do the safety recall. The head lights don't shine high enough and they don't adjust them even though the owners manual states to take your car to the Toyota service department to get them adjusted. The service manager was upset that I used the "f" bomb because they can't and don't know how to fix the car. That they can't find good help to work there and just accept it. My next step is to see an attorney next week, the 1st week in May 2026.

Did a great a timely job. My service advisor is Cole Hansen. Kept me updated while work was being done. I will request him when I need service in the future. We own 3 Volkswagens. I recommend Volkswagen world of Newton for both sales, services and parts as needed. Also Colleen the service scheduler is extremely nice and wants you to be pleased. And also let me say Alex in parts is terrific. He spends the needed time with you to ensure you ordered what you need is correct. This has honestly been the worst dealership experience I've ever had. I've brought my car to World…read moreof Newton Volkswagen four different times for the same exact leak and it's still not fixed. The first three visits, they told me it was the windshield, it was replaced it 3 times, and the problem never went away. The fourth time, they said it was the sunroof "levels" and that they corrected it -- less than two weeks later, it was leaking again. At this point, it feels like they either don't know how to fix it or just don't care. The customer service has been just as frustrating. A manager refused to take my call. I had an appointment scheduled with a loaner and they cancelled it without even telling me. I left a message for the general manager and never got a call back. Spoke to another manager, he never called back. And the craziest experience before this, which should have been my clue to stop going there? After scheduling a detail in July, an employee actually called me on his personal phone (so it wasn't on a recorded line) and told me not to even bring my car there. If that doesn't say everything, I don't know what does. I've always driven Volkswagens, but after this experience, this will be my last. It's a shame the brand allows this dealership to carry their name.
