We WERE frequent customers but after today there are better options! I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sheet pizza for staff and it had a sour, tangy weird taste, almost like sharp cheese. SEVEN employees all said this taste is weird. I called and spoke to management and asked if maybe they changed the recipe, he was so rude to me and I even took half sheet back to show and talk to him (I always have a sheet put into two boxes). I wanted him to taste it and he of course wouldn't and said he tried a piece they had there and it was fine and doesn't know what to tell me. Said they just received a new shipment of cheese and didn't have any old spoiled cheese and said they don't even use cheddar cheese. I said I don't know what it is but it is clearly not right!! My staff usually devours it and they each barely ate one slice and I wasted $42.14 The manager only wanted to argue with me that there was nothing wrong with it. Clearly he knows all and all seven of us are just idiots. He said no one else complained and it was just me so clearly I'm wrong. Don't waste your time and money here because clearly the manager has no customer service skills and doesn't care when food taste sour and something is not right with it!! P.S. NO I have never complained so that's not the reason he wanted to argue with me.
