I take my son here about 3-4 times a month (he loves it) and the environment is always clean, so that makes me happy as a mother. One thing that bothers me, because this has happened the last three times I have been there.. is that the employees will allow the chuck e cheese song to come on... with the countdown of Chuck E Cheese to come out to see the children and do the ticket splash --- and he never ends up coming out. The children (including my son) line up in anticipation to see him -- and no one ever comes out. They should work on this and maybe not play the song and countdown if they dont feel like getting in the costume. read more

You know, no one but kids actually like going here. It's notoriously chaotic for parents and as a 30-something I remember the horror of the creepy animatronics singing to you while eating crummy pizza at childhood parties. However, the brand has evolved greatly! Chuck E actually looks a little creepier these days, they thinned him out and made him look "cooler", but the animatronics are gone at least. First of all, as a parent, I do appreciate the attempt at security they have to make sure kids only leave with who they came with. That aspect helps keep the chaos of dozens of kids more manageable knowing at least the chances of my kid being stolen are limited. Second, this is a pretty good sized place with lots of games, so even on the busiest weekend kids rarely have to wait to play a game. The cost for tokens is reasonable and you're guaranteed your kid will always earn enough tickets for some kind of rinky dink prize, at the minimum. Plus they keep the place pretty clean so I don't feel all sticky and grimy playing the games alongside the kids! Third, the pizza actually doesn't suck! I find it reasonably palatable, as are their other food items. And they serve BEER! A must for parental sanity!! The selection is Bud and Bud Light, but it's beer! And if you're adventurous they do serve wine too- scary. And fountain Pepsi- woo hoo! Finally, they do birthday parties right. For a price, they do EVERYTHING! All you have to do is show up, distribute tokens, allow chaos to ensue, wrangle the kids to feed them, and then let them lose again until their parents drag them and their crappy prizes kicking and screaming to go home. It's truly a childhood rite of passage to have a birthday here, and totally saves your sanity and home from inevitable birthday party destruction!! That is a parent-kid win-win! read more

This Chuck E. Cheese has been around for as long as time. I went here as a kid and I took my kid to the same place. Its a nice place to take your kid to but the place definitely shows its age. You can see they are trying to keep the machines clean however and the staff seemed on point. The food is where they get you. At first glance, you might think the "E" in Chuck E. Cheese stands for "E-Coli", since the place is pretty much a buncha' germy kids running around cheap rides at breakneck speeds. But it's really not all THAT bad. They run several specials or Internet coupons that make it an affordable night out for parents and kids. For games, food, drink and "pizza", it can run about 25-40 bucks. The kids will suck down the "pizza", but if you're the adults, you might want to eat a big lunch that day before visiting Chuck E. Cheese for dinner. If adults get hungry while there, it's not so bad to get an order of boneless buffalo wings. They're not amazing, but they're comparable to your typical frozen Tyson "football watchin' appetizers". I think they even served cheap beer for the adults... but I'm not 100% sure. I can imagine Billy Bob of Showbiz Pizza shedding a tear if he was still around to see what his pizza n' games emporium concept has become (Chuck E. Cheese merged with Showbiz in the late 80's and for some reason Billy Bob, Mitzi, Fats Flyer and friends went away). But whereas Showbiz had some multi-generational appeal, Chuck E's is strictly geared towards the kids. Thankfully, the germy ball-pits seem to have gone away and the number of creepy animatronic "furries" has also dwindled. Coin-op video games-- the bread and butter of Showbiz in the 80's-- have gone away as well. Now it's nothing but hyperactive video screens, rides and jungle gyms for rugrats. But don't fret...skee-ball's still there! When you enter, they also make sure to hand-stamp each group of adults and children. This way, they can make sure kids leave with the people who brought them (if you think about, it's sad that such a system had to be put in place). Hand-santizers are also around, to quell the fears of germaphobes. The bottom line is: kids seem to love this place. I give Chuck credit for that. read more

I have been to this location several times. They seem to take the Las Vegas approach. They actually drop down the winning points on their games. The kids love getting tickets but games keep giving less tickets. Once management decides a game is giving too many tickets. This is sad knowing that I drop about 50 dolars for food and about same amount for games on every visit. Also the staff is underpaid and not happy. Thats not s place I'd recommend unless you don't mind taking your kid to Las Vegas and having them play on the slots. . read more

We've had poor service here before, almost like staff was annoyed with us and just hated their jobs, but keep coming back for the kids since they love it so much. This trip was much different and the vibes and energy were so awesome! Steven, Kiki and Bradley were genuinely happy to help us and made all of us feel welcomed and appreciated! Marquise handled an awful parent very well with a big smile on his face and made my kids feel special. We will be back MUCH more often now because of these amazing employees! We go to this chuck e cheese all the time. Especially in the winter to let the kids run wild on those cold days. They always have a blast!! It is always clean and well kept. The staff is great- even allows bargaining at the toy counter :-) It is one of the nicest CEC I have been to! Don't forget to stop by Krispy Kreme on your way out! read more

Let's face it, we went for the kids. But with that in mind and the cost of the pizza, you would hope for a better tasting pizza. Years ago I would have given it 2 stars as with five kids we made very frequent visits here and I couldn't stand going. They've made upgrades to the inside and I love that you can pretty much look across the game area and see your kids. There is plenty of seating and it's well spaced around the game area. Now why the starts aren't so high......the food. The pizza is just not very good, especially for the price. Most box pizzas are better then this. I had ordered the salad bar and went there first. I could tell that they don't expect many to partake in the salad bar as the although the lettuce containers were full, the dishes they were in were shallow and after filling my plate I pretty much depleted the romaine which left nothing for the next person. A lot of the toppings were empty and some of them just seemed weird looking, like the reddish purple diced ham. Luckily I had a $2.00 off coupon for the salad as it was not worth $6. Don't even bother coming here. There is a stand at entrance to stamp groups, nobody was there. Long line at counter with only 1 person who was runnibf fro cashiering to sta.ping at door. It is not ok to leave a client at coubter just to run check people just coming in. UNDERSTAFFED PLACE. I was told every 30 minutes the characters walk aroubd to greet kids, I wss told tbat and when I asked when finally was going to happen they said It wouldn't happen today Sunday 2-18-18. Best chuck e cheese in denver area. The one in aurora is unfortunately just not great. The englewood one was disgusting. I dont like the card system because the little ones might loose them. The coins are so much better they can come grab one or a few in their pocket and is much better. This one has a cool play maze thing that my son will go thru 50 times. Its cleaner and seems better kept up. Just dont expect to actually win many tickets, and the prizes are so awful, but we come for the play time and thats fine. Food isnt good. read more

My kids love this place! Especially the one in Littleton. The reason for this location in particular is that they have a fun house, which is great. Great in the fact that the kids go in and walk around this place up above in a tree house kinda fashion and they are on camera with monitors the whole time. So it really puts the parents at ease and the fact that they have beer is a huge plus. The pizza at Chuck E Cheese is also surprisingly really good. Now here is the downside to this place, they are understaffed so tables are rarely cleared and service is slow on the check in and the check out. The games rarely put out the appropriate amount of tickets and sometimes none. Also I feel like the fun house should be free or an added 5 dollars for unlimited runs per kid because it's not like a real game where kids are getting tickets for prizes. read more

The employees are generally flexible at the prize counter if your kid wants something but is a little off from having enough tickets. This was a horrible experience! We took our 7 year old grand daughter there for her birthday. We had a group of 12 and it was a Tuesday night. We got there and there weren't many general seating tables together that could accommodate our group. We asked an employee if we could use one of the large unused reserved tables for our group. We would have been happy to tip on the clean up. The employee said sure... we sat down and the " Birthday coordinator" told us to move because she did not want to clean up the mess! We came here for our sons 6th birthday. We have always had a horrible experience here but our son wanted to go for his birthday so we did. We waited for over 30 minutes to redeem our tickets for a prize and no one was working at the counter. There were about 15 other people waiting for prizes with only one person working behind the counter and she was checking people in instead of working at the prize section. We asked her if she could help us redeem our tickets and she responded "what do you want me to do, I am not even supposed to be working tonight?" Great time with my 1.5 year old and 6 adults!! We all took turns hanging out with my son, while the rest of us drank cold fresh beer and ate relatively good pizza!! Wings were actually really good, as well as the dessert pizza. Probably dropped $100 total for food, beers, and $30 in games which lasted forever!. Customer service was really good. We popped a ball we had won and they immediately came out to us on the floor with a replacement! Super above and beyond! It was a Monday around 430pm and stayed through 7pm. I brought my kids since we have not been here in over 4 years. The rides last about 15 seconds- not worth the money. The games were average, but not as short as the rides. The food is a rip-off. Large pizza is basically a small pizza. Boneless wings tasted like a plastic bag that was just microwaved. We ordered the managers special which also came with 4 churros and two game cards. All for $77.00. But didn't taste like $77 and the experience wasn't $77.00 for the kids. The hostess or cashier forgot what we had ordered, didn't give us a good receipt. Our pizza came out with no pepperoni after we had ordered it with pepperoni. We had to remind them about our wings which took an additional 25 minutes. The manager/supervisor and cashier were not at all competent enough to deal with the simple situation. I would have much rather taken the kids to the park and a quality restaurant or even ordered pizza and wings from Pizza Hut while at the park. Chick E. The boy that helped us was friendly, but really just did the minimum, nothing wrong with that at all, but it was clear that none of the employees did much more than the minimum. CEC has a new lunch buffet they have been advertising for $6.49 - salad, pizza, and dessert pizza. Was running errands and thought I would give it a try. Don't waste your money! I (wrongly) assumed when the banner listed salad that it would be the salad bar - which is usually good and has a lot of variety. It turned out to be the salad was a bowl of lettuce and a squeeze container of ranch and blue cheese. I was really there more for the salad bar than the pizza but the pizza consisted of 2 small pieces on a pizza tray. Eventually they did bring out another half cheese/half pepperoni. Not much of a buffet. Don't see this sticking around for long. read more

We don't come for the food. Seems to be a waste of money. No one ever eats all of the pizza. The salad bar no longer has ham. They only have three or four dressings. The kids enjoy the games... This place is great for kiddos. What I love is you really do not have to spend a lot here at all. Sometimes I go in and just buy tokens for my 3 year old and walk out only to have spent $4.00. The staff is really quick about coming to help when a machine is not working or it takes your token, and usually gives you a few tickets for your time, which is always plus for a 3 year old who does not earn a lot. This place is pretty crazy on Saturdays as everyone likes to have their kiddos b-day parties here so I would say to try to come during the week because it is not busy at all then. They have an indoor play area too for little ones with a slide and tubes to crawl in and that does not cost anything either. Along with your pizza, salad bar, soda, beer and wine is also for sale.
