The best Chuck E. Cheese we've ever been to. The staff was fantastic, especially Vaughn who was great! He went above and beyond, and couldn't do enough for us. Went here for my child's birthday.! Nice... but.... Not too nice... We all know I'm the QUEEN. Of reviews HERES mine...! We got there only about 5 minutes wait time we got cards for the kids about 2 hours I think the kids went running had fun UNTIL A mAcHiNe broke...! It was okay but my daughter was sad There was a jumping area and it was cute and all but I tripped on the shoes The food.. extremely racist with bad costumer service. the moment i arrived a white guy with grey hair began locking up the trampoline area assuming my child didn't have a band. he stalked us around the building. when i showed him i had one he opened the trampoline area but said there's a weight limit and i obliged. then I went into the jungle gym he pops up again and I said im too heavy and he'll give me my money back. I was surprised to find out there is a Chuck E Cheese in the area open, as I'm relatively new to the area. I brought my (almost) 4 year old here and was sorely disappointed. The customer service in the few staff was terrible, as they were understandably frustrated at being short staffed and not afraid to express it. The trampoline area was closed off due to having no one to monitor it. The games are old and dusty and the prices for the food are outrageous. With how few indoor things there are to do for young children it's a shame that this place isn't better maintained. I don't see them being able to stay in business long with how it seems to be going. For the money I spent we could have done something WAY better for WAY cheaper. Don't waste your time or money. It's a dying franchise sadly. read more

It's been at least a year since I have been here. It has been updated as far as instead of tokens, you get a game card and you can pick by paying unlimited games for a specific time period (like an hour or longer) or a dollar amount. We picked playing for unlimited for a hour. I believe it was $20 and they added a little more time on. Liked it way better this way, an hour was plenty for a 5 year old (and us adults too). Loved their Monopoly Game! That was really fun. Chucky also came out and gathered the kids in a dance line around the place and then gave them several tickets from that. You go there for kids birthday parties, not for the food. The kids love it and the staff really did a good job making sure the birthday parties went well and received good attention. You do need to keep an eye on your child, the staff are not your personal babysitters. Any misbehavior of the kids is purely the parents fault. I would have given 4 stars if the person doing Chuckie Cheese was better. Ours was very uninspiring and it was very obvious that they were just bored and going thru the motions. I was thinking that if Disney decided to move into this type of business, they would blow all the competition out of the water. read more

If I could Zero reviews I would. I've never felt more unsafe with my children in my life. Random grown men "eating dinner" alone with no children. I was so scared for the safety of my children , with my husband there. We left. We had someone sit at our table and claim our food and they were drinking our drinks. Never had that happen before. No employee smiled , not once. For a kid place this should be a Halloween place because it's scary. We literally walked out without being check until we asked if they were going to make sure we were All together. If you want your children possibly abducted or stared at by CREEPS, this is the place for you. Never again. Shame on the management for hiring the "dream team" because it was absolutely awful. read more

The pizza is delicious! Anytime I've had any issues with any of the machines the manager has always not asked a question & makes it right. Customer service is always up & beyond. The manager is non stop .. Constantly cleaning & taking care of the place. I've have 3 birthday parties there & have been the best & easiest birthday's.. Not to mention the kids have a blast. Horrible customer care! We attempted to report a lost wallet and absolutely nothing was done to help. I had to ask them if they could at the very least take my name and number in case someone turned it in! Then come to find out a friends phone was stolen from the same location the day before! I don't feel my kids would be safe in an establishment like that and most definitely will not be going back. read more

Terrible experience! 5 seconds into the door and tried to purchase a new play card, and the machine ate my money and did not give me anything. The guy at the front, the lady at the register, or anyone for that matter did not know what was going on and what to do! Had me waiting at the machine for 20 mins to get the manager over to give me my money back. When the manager arrived there was no apology or anything and was very rude! I've never been to Chuck E. This chuck e cheese is small! It is so overcrowded my 2 year old gets knocked down constantly. There is no order whatsoever. I have little kids begging me for money like little panhandlers. Kids are always trying to take my sons tickets. The games do not work well. The pizza is not the greatest. I wish i would have never introduced my son to Chuck E Cheese but now we are stuck. When I was little the area where Chuck E was was separate from the gaming area but not at this place. Plus they only have a sad little animatronic Chuck E that doesn't even match the music. This is not the same place I loved as a kid. What happened? read more

On my recent visit I took my 4 yr old little girl. The place was clean, organized and the service was great! Every game and machine worked and we had no problems at all. My little one even got to dance with Chuckie and then free tickets afterward. Our pizza was just like we ordered and it arrived hot and yummy. This Chuck-E-Cheese is one of the nicest that we have been in!! It has alot of games, rides and the show. We spent several hours here just having a blast. No child other than my own asked me for coins or tickets. I did not see any children there that were not supervised. We have been to Chuck-E-Cheeses in TN, HI, KS, and a couple other states besides Florida and we loved this place!! read more

The only reason I give it a 3 is because Megan changed my opinion when we were leaving. We first walked in and the first 2 girls there were just not happy to be there. I had no idea that they had changed from tokens to the credit card cuz I was never told. I never got welcomed or even a welcome feeling. Went to the bathroom first time for myself... a Spanish lady, who appeared to be the manager was on the phone talking loudly. The second time was with my 3.5 year old she was still in the handicapped stall which is a lot easier to go in when you have a 4 year old that has to go potty. The third time she was still in there (over an hour) still talking on the phone when my mom went in there to use the restroom. I wanted to get the buffet since it was my mom, myself and my daughter. It wasnt the greatest and ill get the regular pizza the next time. I was super disappointed with the salad bar. Thank God for Megan cuz I would never go back. She was so friendly and even though she knew my daughter and mom where walking out with me she still checked to make sure that my daughter was my daughter. I will return but I hope there is better staff in there the next time. Maybe someone that could have a smile on their face?!?! read more
