It felt like we were bothering her just by asking to be seated, after about 20 min of waiting for her to get approval from a manager to sit us in the dining area our waitress came out and told us it was ok to sit anywhere. Thankfully, our waitress, I believe her name was Mercie, completely turned things around. She apologized right away, got our drinks and food out quickly, checked on us often, and made sure we had a great experience.
