This review is from 4/16/22, the day we went. We are in Ft Myers on vacation visiting family. We thought this would be fun for the kids. All of the online information is incorrect!! Even the photos of a review that show kids 4 and under can drive, is now outdated. We did the go carts only. There is only 1, 2 person go cart, per race (it charges in between races, so if you need 2, the races will be about 30 minutes apart). My mother who is in her 60's was in a single car and myself and my 6 year old son in the 2 person car. IF YOU ARE NOT A PROFESSIONAL GO KART DRIVER, DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN DO THIS!! We were repeatedly hit and slammed into walls the entire time. We walked away with bleeding mouths, a concussion, chipped teeth, a broken crown and bridge, a cracked rib, a cracked eye socket, severe seatbelt burns, severe back and neck pain, trouble breathing and my son is scarred for life. I am ASHAMED that I put my child at risk. We were so injured by being repeatedly slammed into walls and hit from behind that my daughter and husband chose not to go on the second race (again, only 1 2-seater per race.) What if my 10 year old drove by herself?? She would have jumped out of the car terrified and would have gotten run over. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A GO KART PLACE THIS AWFUL! This is for adult only pros, NOT CHILDREN!!! Why can't it be full out, for the pros and kids, the next lap? No one cares here. I am SO ANGRY that none of the staff tried to have these other, EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE, drivers back off, this wasn't bumper cars and they ALL saw my 6 year old son. There were no rules. The staff could have slowed their cars with the push of a remote button and did not. They saw we were in trouble and did nothing. They could have at LEAST warned us. They gave us a glass of iced water and walked away. I have to drive hundreds of miles with these injuries now and I will never forget the danger I placed my small child in. I will never forgive myself and will always think of the "what ifs" -- go to Chuck E. Cheese or Dave and Busters. Skip this place. Also, ALL of the arcade games $5.00 EACH!! Such a rip off. No one was playing them and it was quite full. You need closed toed shoes for the go carts. The helmets are smelly. Kids did look to be having a lot of fun on the slow, bumper water boats where you get each other very wet. We did not try the food and beverage. We had to immediately leave to go to the emergency room, so no photos either. Do not endanger your children like I did. read more

The management at this place is a joke. After a bad experience the last time I was here I called to make sure everything was open before I drove 45 minutes with a bunch of kids. When we arrived we found out the go karts were rented for a private party for most of the day. Half of the kiosks to sign the waiver were broken, you would get to the end of the long drawn out process and then it would lock up on you. The park had been open for several hours when we arrived, but they still had not unlocked the outside doors so people were going out to ride rides then getting trapped from getting back in until someone else was exiting to let you in. They finally figured it out and unlocked them around 1pm! They only have 2 employees running all 15+ rides so you can never actually get on the rides you want! And they cannot blame this on short staffing due to the pandemic, the last time I was here was pre-pandemic and it was just as bad. read more

We are visiting the area and we needed a place to have some family fun. Well we definitely found it here. They have a little something for everyone and ambiance it safe with lots of excitement. From large tv to watch the game to some water fun bumpers. Totally recommend this place and it's a must return spot! read more

My review is solely based on the arcade games because it started raining as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. Staff is pretty friendly and the place looks huge from the outside but once inside it seems much smaller. We opted for the card with the bonus $5 but I never really understood the difference. The employee kept saying the one card works with only a certain color swiper and this worked with all of them but could be used for bonuses? I didn't quite understand. I put $40 on a card for the kiddo to play. Almost all of the games are $1 or above. Several games weren't working but that seems to be the norm for places like this. FastTrax was somewhat of a let down for my son's birthday today. He was really excited about the go karts, and unfortunately they were not as awesome as the reviews we'd read had mentioned. We purchased the Storm Family Race, so these were the typical karts we read reviews on, not the junior karts. It took FOREVER to get everyone loaded, and although we followed directions and arrived over 10 minutes early, we were waiting on some rude people who showed up right at the time they were scheduled to start the race (which by the way was 2:36pm - totally random). So once released, I started timing my family to see if the entire start to finish would last the entire 12 minutes we purchased. Not. Even. Close. At just over 8 minutes, they were done. The icing on the cake was that everyone's karts kept slowing down. They were controlling the drivers, which is absolutely ridiculous. FastTrax only earned that second star I generously gave them because at the end of our visit, my sweet, gracious son told me he had a great time. But from this mom's point of view, his day could have been SO much better off we had gone somewhere else. read more

The fam had a ball at this place. For $37 we had wrist bands that allowed us to ride all the outdoor attractions unlimited times. The biggest hit amongst my family were the go karts. They even had a track and carts that my youngest could drive all by himself, this was a big deal and he took full advantage. The other karts do fit an adult and a child. All in all major fun, just pay attention and get the ones that go the fastest bc they're not all the same! They also did the bumper boats ( I sat out bc the water looked gross and it was lol) Small rollercoaster garnered some yells. :-) The arcade on the inside is ok and a bit pricey but we enjoyed playing. Rhey offer different deals on the cards. Nothing but smiles from my crew and that's what makes me happy. read more

$15 for 6 minutes of measly go kart racing. go karts are limited harshly and slow as dirt. Not to mention i waited for over an hour. the staff slows the carts half the time for non-experienced guests. and no added time on for when i was going 1 mph due to staff slowing karts. completely and utterly flabbergasted by the lack of fun and slow karts. My 7 year old niece had a blast! This was our first time visiting and the staff was super helpful. There is an outdoor area with rides, mini golf and track cars. She was able to ride the JR track. We had trouble with a $5 game that didn't work and we "lost" $10 due to swiping it twice because it didn't work. We were able to go to the front where they viewed all the games we swiped our game card against. They confirmed the issue was the game and loaded $10 back onto the card. Plan to spend 2 plus hours here, thats how long it took to spend $60. read more

We took our kids to Zoomers on a weekday afternoon and we were happy it wasn't crowded. We chose to purchase two passes for unlimited rides at $20 each. The woman who sold the tickets failed to tell us that half of the rides were out of order. We really should had been offered a discount, or at the very least should had been told. I could tell the operator felt bad and allowed me to go on a few of the rides that my son wasn't tall enough for, so I felt she at least made things right. A few of the games at the arcade took our $, and there aren't machines to load more $ on the cards. At one point I waited 15 minutes for my card to be reloaded. Their choices of game prizes is very limited. Will we recommend Zoomers to others? Probably not mostly due to the dishonesty when we purchased our tickets. read more

My son celebrated his birthday here with family. Olivia was our host and she made sure that everything was taken care of. From the moment we arrived she catered to our every need, outdoors and indoors. I was pleased and impressed. There were plenty of activities for kids of all ages. The grounds were well taken care of, even the adults had fun. The indoor party space was upstairs. There was plenty of room to move around (or run around for the kids). Today we took the whole family ( 7 ) of us to Fastrax with ages between 12 - 64 so it is truly a place for everyone. The Arcade was Great with plenty of games and a variety of em. The rides outside were also a Blast with the Go-Karts being on the top of my list. We ended the day Upstairs to do some Duck Pin Bowling ( very similar to Candlepin Bowling for those that know what that is ). The whole family had a blast. We ordered Food That was also Fantastic with Great Service and a very Reasonable Price and Decent Portions. I got to talk to Marc Ciniello who is the GM and was very pleased to see his attitude toward People & The Business, with Marc overseeing the Business this place should stay a hit in SW Florida. read more

Come for the go carts and stay for the go carts. Took three teenagers here for an afternoon. Red Tide on Sanibel limited our options. Bought the unlimited wrist bands with a $5 off hotel coupon and let the boys loose. Go carts, bumper boats and rides all included. Is it Disney? No. But it's clean and seemingly well run and my group of teen boys had a great afternoon. Had a reasonably priced draft beer while watching the go cart action from the sports bar area /breezeway. We didn't play arcade games so no comments on those. The outdoor stuff was fun. read more

The games are fun, maybe a little overpriced for the selection of prizes but enjoyable for all. My first experience with this cute little place was for a fundraising activity so we received a discount. to get in (surprise, surprise). We went specifically to play miniature golf, but after 9 holes we had to stop because the bugs were eating us alive. The green space on each of the holes was unkempt, I assume due to the recent hurricane. Although I like a more challenging mini-golf course, this one was okay sans bugs. We were going to ride the go-karts, but the lines were so long that we decided to head inside for the video games. I found out that all my years of watching the Walking Dead paid off as I have a true talent for killing zombies. One big negative is that none of the games we played dispensed tickets. I probably had enough for an eraser but never got the tickets to redeem so I went home empty-handed. Wah, wah. Maybe the machines detect adults with no children attached to their sides so it holds the tickets. Even though I didn't have a kid with me, I still wanted my eraser. :( It was certainly worth the reduced price we paid, but I believe it is $30 to get in and would not pay that especially since I did not take a little person (child) with me. read more

We went on a Monday night, so my kids were able to just hop on the rides! They loved the Go Karts also! Can't give 5 stars because the arcade games inside were ridiculously expensive...$1-$3 a game!!! We bought the unlimited bracelets for our kids $20-$28 each. Horrible experience. The go karts we're slow, overpriced and just a bad experience. The karts were slowed down and did not let drivers perform. The workers are rude to the racers. I paid 15 dollers waited an hour of an empty track because there lazy for a whopping 3 minutes of racing the racing was also slowed because the of the constant breakdown of the karts. You have one job keep karts drivable and safe and they couldn't even do that much. read more

I would love to give this place a 3 stars, as it is very spacious so the rides don't feel like they're on top of each other, as well as the staff being friendly, but the 2 stars is the simple fact the place can be a bit confusing. Went in with out of state company, first time for everyone. We had a bogo for the go karts, but little did we realize that we only paid for the go karts. We wanted to do some more of the rides, but when the staff gives you a Z Card (a swipe card on how they subtract monies at each ride) and doesn't tell you that you ONLY have the 1 price of the 1 ride, going on another is a bit embarrassing. Each ride you want to go on, costs money. Yes, free admission, but you're paying per ride. Using the self serve kiosks to refill the card is hard as well, considering you have to look at a price board and figure out what ride costs what, to be able to load the card. Midway Rides are for the little ones, as we learned the hard way. We loaded the card with $6 thinking we could get on rides, but when we tried getting on the caterpillar roller coaster (the adult one next to Midway), the girl swiped our card and it took out $5. She told us we don't have enough for both riders, as each person is $5. What?? We put money on thinking all the rides out in this area were one price. No, $3 gets you into the kiddie section. All the main rides - tilt a whirl, bumper boats, roller coaster, and go karts are $5 or more per person. Ok, fine, we learned the lesson. My friend went alone on the roller coaster, and from the ground it looks shaky. This is definitely one of those parks where you see it go up in a day and expect it down the next - like the carnivals that visit random cities for a few days, but Zoomers is permanent. My friend got on, rode the caterpillar and got off. First thing she says to me is "that was pretty dangerous". She felt secure, but could find the faults in the structure, like the metal rods weren't cemented into the ground or anything. One wrong move and the whole ride could collapse. Great; just what we need.. make the news cos of shoddy equipment. It looked fun, don't get me wrong, but it still looked a bit unsafe. With $1 left on the card and nothing else to do (we weren't going to reload the card to go on anything else... it seemed like a waste once we got in and looking around. That's why the whole place is spread out - they want you to think it's bigger than it is), we went inside to play the arcade games. The games take these cards and don't spit out tickets. Gone are the days when you'd put your quarters in the machines, play a little skee ball and get a boat load of tickets spewed out by your leg. Here, you have to look at the price of the game, swipe your card, and play. How many tickets do you have on your card? Go ask one of the people at the counter. The self serve kiosks don't tell you. Redeeming tickets: You have to tell the counter person you want to redeem so they know to scan the item(s) you want to "purchase". Ticket number decreases with whatever you're getting. Interesting little trinkets, but was a glittered bouncy ball worth 60 points? To some, yes. All in all, it's a good place for people under 15, as they would have more fun than the over 18 crowd. Although there is a height limit, I think the kiddies would like the rides better. Would I go back? I don't know; it can drain the wallet real quick, even if you're alone. The rides are limited and the inside games go too fast. Maybe if I were in a big group, lots of kids, and able to see them enjoy the place a little more than I would. We'll see, time will tell - maybe another ride or two can be built in? read more

Video arcades for little kids inside, lots of rides outside. If the kid is not 48" tall, an adult can go along with the little kid and take the risk for both of them on the carney ride. My relatives visited between Christmas and New Years with five kids in tow. Updated hours were not posted on the website. Instead of opening at 10 AM as posted, they opened after 11 - ostensibly for "holiday hours." Weird. I would think that an outfit intending to make money and be customer friendly would open even LONGER during the time of year that the most kids are in the area (?) Apparently not. I took my granddaughter to Zoomer's today, because there was not much else to do down here on a cloudy, cool day! I think this place was worth what I spent, because we got to play mini-golf and do some bowling, along with lots of games. We were there for two hours and had lots of fun. The rides are pretty much for young children, but the go-carts looked like fun even though my granddaughter didn't want to try them. It wasn't crowded, because it was a school day for the Florida kids. I suspect it can get very crowded on the weekends. Ok, so if you are a kid at heart, then give it an extra half star. Went here on their one year anniversary last weekend, who knew? The price was GREAT that day, only $1 per person for unlimited go kart, mini golf and rides. Only problem was that they got packed real fast and the oh so long lines in the hot sun made me leave and head to the beach. 12 yo grandson enjoyed the arcade games and round of mini golf. This is indeed a nice place for kids. It is not a fully equipped amusement park as the marketing suggests but absolutely ok. For go-cart loving kids this is heaven. With a day pass for 29 USD they can enjoy basically as many laps as possible as well as the roller coasters (very basic though) and other activities e.g minigolf, water bumpies and slides. Indoor, pleasantly cooled, there is a game arcade, shop and fast food restaurant serving hot dogs, nuggets, pretzels etc at reasonable prices. read more

The staff was not at all enthusiastic and the blonde lady behind the ticket counter was the only one smiling, but we were there for the games and had a blast, so the bored kids were just a simple observation. Hahaha, maybe zoomer's should find a way to automate all of the positions except for the ticket counter lady. I'm sure if you'd slap a vest on a robot (wall-e),the customer would get a more sincere interaction from the hunk of metal than from the kid. Cool place though. The place was lots of fun, even for people like me who are kids at heart. The arcade wasn't very big, but the wide variety of other things to do makes up for it. We had a bartender named Mark, he was very caring and friendly, not to mention he makes some great mixed drinks. I only gave this place a 4 star rating for two reasons: The cards (for the arcade and rides) can only be loaded with money at the front desk, which is mayhem and will cause you to be standing in line for a while. The other reason is because the go-karts were definitely in need of some love. We tried the slide track but the karts would not go sideways because the track was not "slippery" enough, making the tires stick during any turn. read more

They want adults to pay $10 for a chaperone pass, just to ride with my 6-year old who wasn't tall enough for one kiddie coaster. Yet the 6-year old could drive a mini-go kart by himself.... Regulations are a bit sketchy too. Rides are kind of old and rickety. You have to wait at a ride for a worker to head over and let you on. So plan on a lot of wait time. Again, save your money. Several arcade games were broken, and the go-carts ran terrible. My friensld and I took 9 kid's and it was over $350.00 and we left unhappy.
