Arrived just past 1pm on a Monday. It was a cool 77° overcast day. I mention this because once inside it was COLD. It was so uncomfortably cold you couldn't have stayed inside. Our plan was to have lunch but to place was too cold. In steps Elizabeth, who greeted us. We told her our wish to sit outside because it was warmer outside than inside. She proceeded to say the patio was reserved for a special event but she'd see what she could do. A few minutes later she said we could sit at one specific tables on the patio. Happy that we could be accommodated we went to our table. Elizabeth arrived soon to give us menus and silverware. She took our drink order and came back soon to deliver our drinks and take our order. She was very pleasant, when we asked about a specific menu item all she could contribute was that it was new. We took a chance and ordered the BBQ Twist Tower and added Brisket. Another server brought our food. What was described and pictured on the menu and what we were served didn't match up. All that we could taste was BBQ sauce, spice and salt. It was awful. We share this with Elizabeth who was apologetic. We told her it was a fail and shouldn't be recommended. We went inside to pay and was told the manager couldn't be located to see about removing the item from our bill. We didn't have any expectations but it would have been nice. I am terrible at golf but my entire family enjoys going to Top Golf as a family activity. We enjoy the ambiance, its family friendly but a great place for a girls/boys night out. My daughter likes to hit the balls and they also have fun games on the kiosk, which allows us to get silly or competitive. We do make a reservation in advance as it's normally us celebrating a special occasion. We enjoy the service, they are always on top of it. We went on a Saturday morning and they were surprisingly not that busy. It's a very nice facility and the bathrooms were spotless. We had 115 dollars in gift cards from a Christmas gift. Elizabeth was our server and could not have been nicer or more attentive. Our game didn't seem to be working as it kept saying that my husband was eight balls behind me although we kept taking turns. I had made a reservation with 4 of my friends past 9 o'clock knowing we all met their 18 and up age requirements not thinking anything of it because of past experiences at different locations. Upon arrival we paid and got a bay and where about to start, we then where approached by a manager who then asked if any of us where above the age of 21 which none of us where which doesn't matter clearly states on their website. He proceeded to tell us to come down to the front which we did with no problem. After getting to the front desk we questioned why we were being asked to leave and he was saying that we need to be above the age of 21 which none I know was not true. We were not rude in any manner I pulled the age requirement up and read to him which he still did not understand and proceeded to make us leave. I did get a refund and other employees being very respectful and basically siding with us telling us to come back another day which we did the next night with a different manager on and had no issue what so ever. Never leave a review on a place but this manager was rude and not the brightest hopefully he could understand his own establishments rules one day! Came wit top golf for my friends birthday and we rented out two bays! There was like 14 of us and it was so much fun! Our server was amazing, making sure our chips and salad never went empty! I went to TopGolf for the first time with my fiancé and my daughter, and we all had a BLAST!! We bought an hour's worth of playtime and were taken upstairs to our station. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I liked that they had a variety of clubs to use and that they had right and lefthanded clubs. I also liked how we could order our beverages and food right from our station. The different games you could choose to play were also neat. The only thing I would critique is the cost and how it was soooooo expensive for even an hour. I'll return when I'm feeling like I have a lot of extra money to spend, lol. The cost is on hourly charge on bay usage. The current rate is $29 (9-12 PM) $39 (12-5 PM) $49 (after 5 PM) per bay. Tuesday is a half price day. Drink and food are available. There are both indoor and outdoor bars where you can sip and relax while playing corn hole or watching the games on TV! Beside the drinks like Golfbag, Tipsy Palmer and others, several local draft beers like High 5 IPA (Fort Myers Brewing Co.), IPA's (Palm City Brewing Co.), Jai Alai IPA (Cigar City Brewing) and others are available. If you at the far end of bay, it is fairly long way from the kitchen, so your food may be warm instead of hot on your bite. They do have buffet table setup for special venue at the far end! We start with a huge appetizer plate with Sesame Chicken, Sausage, Chips, Mac and Cheese bite, Queso, Pretzel, baked Cheese and more. It is perfect after swing our clubs and have a snack and drink. Our server was upbeat, friendly and accommodating. She explained everything and got us all set up. I booked a private event for my fiancé's birthday, we had 15 attendees and rented 2 bays (each bay allows for 6 players at a time) so we had some folks switch out to take turns. The food while nothing spectacular, was solid and added to the experience. We visited while on vacation and on vacation is likely the only time we would do Topgolf again.
