Ambiance black, grey, locker-room chill, no nonsense, but upscale cocktail presentation. Service was friendly, Riley was professional and attentive. High end pub food with intense flavor.. I had the buttermilk wicked spicy chicken sandwich, something like that, but it was delicious. It was a little bit spicy, crunchy, juicy, and had a great slaw on it. They have a smaller outside patio, where you can play cornhole, where you don't need to be playing golf. But the great seating at least a couple of you need to be hitting golf balls. Highly recommend for an evening out with friends. read more

I didn't get a chance to take a photo of it but the pretzel bites are amazing. Our server Matt was so nice and great. We had such a fun time. Eating, golfing, with a nice fan to cool you down is perfect outing. read more

Food tasted generic and frozen. You need to download an app and make an account to do anything with their menu. Our waiter made the best out of this despite our negative feedback. The system is highly inconvenient and overpriced. The fans were loud and didn't do anything against the heat at 9 pm. My friends and I couldn't hear each other sitting at the same table. Don't bother to go. It's like the adult version of Chuck E. Cheese. Dirty and overpriced. read more

We made reservations for two bays to enjoy the night with family and friends. Instead of full meals, we ordered appetizers. Each of these were quite good and we would order again: Mac and cheese bites, boneless wings with buffalo sauce and warm pretzel bites. (I didn't get food pics this time.) The service was friendly and efficient, the balls were scored correctly most of the time and everybody had a great time. I think you can count on having a fun experience at Topgolf. read more

Arrived just past 1pm on a Monday. It was a cool 77° overcast day. I mention this because once inside it was COLD. It was so uncomfortably cold you couldn't have stayed inside. Our plan was to have lunch but to place was too cold. In steps Elizabeth, who greeted us. We told her our wish to sit outside because it was warmer outside than inside. She proceeded to say the patio was reserved for a special event but she'd see what she could do. A few minutes later she said we could sit at one specific tables on the patio. Happy that we could be accommodated we went to our table. Elizabeth arrived soon to give us menus and silverware. She took our drink order and came back soon to deliver our drinks and take our order. She was very pleasant, when we asked about a specific menu item all she could contribute was that it was new. We took a chance and ordered the BBQ Twist Tower and added Brisket. Another server brought our food. What was described and pictured on the menu and what we were served didn't match up. All that we could taste was BBQ sauce, spice and salt. It was awful. We share this with Elizabeth who was apologetic. We told her it was a fail and shouldn't be recommended. We went inside to pay and was told the manager couldn't be located to see about removing the item from our bill. We didn't have any expectations but it would have been nice. Our bill before gratuity for two cocktails and a horrible appetizer was $63.44. Or advice is avoid this menu item and bring a jacket with you. read more

We went on a Saturday morning and they were surprisingly not that busy. It's a very nice facility and the bathrooms were spotless. We had 115 dollars in gift cards from a Christmas gift. Elizabeth was our server and could not have been nicer or more attentive. Our game didn't seem to be working as it kept saying that my husband was eight balls behind me although we kept taking turns. But it was just for fun so no big deal. It's not like I had even a remote chance of competing with someone who could hit the fence every time! I had a glass of wine and he had a beer. No food as we were going out to lunch. We played for 90 minutes and we wound up spending 120 bucks including tip. We had a nice time, but it did seem a tad pricey overall. I would return with family for an activity, but probably not on a regular basis. read more

Great golf driving range, entertainment restaurant. Huge place with excellent food. Service was incredible. Pretzels were fantastic with the cheese sauce. I wasn't a huge fan of the nachos. Veggie burger was very good. We were on the 1st floor, but I would like to try the 2nd floor. Tons of games with the driving. I wish there were more simply games though as well as the ones provided. Fun time all around. read more

I am terrible at golf but my entire family enjoys going to Top Golf as a family activity. We enjoy the ambiance, its family friendly but a great place for a girls/boys night out. My daughter likes to hit the balls and they also have fun games on the kiosk, which allows us to get silly or competitive. We do make a reservation in advance as it's normally us celebrating a special occasion. We enjoy the service, they are always on top of it. The food is great, we love getting a bunch of apps and sharing those. There is also a great selection of beverages. read more

Came wit top golf for my friends birthday and we rented out two bays! There was like 14 of us and it was so much fun! Our server was amazing, making sure our chips and salad never went empty! She also held the cake pops we brought in the fridge until we were ready to eat it. She took care of all us flawlessly! The food itself was pretty good! I got a chicken sandwich with a side of buffalo sauce and turned into a buffalo chicken sandwich, it was very tasty! They also brought us donut balls for my friends birthday and they were pretty good! The Bavarian cream was the best filling. The games themselves were fun! I was kinda surprised at my skills! The angry birds game was extra funny you don't even have to be good to have a good time with that option Come with some friends! read more

Golf is a competitive sport that requires mental capacity, physical fitness and a sometime physical extortion and muscular use. Tiger won the 2008 US Open despite his ACL problem and stress fractures in his left tibia. It is truly a competitive sport with hours of daily practice in the driving range, putting greens, bunkers if you want to be a top golfer! How do you make golf fun in a social environment? Enter Top Golf. You take a driving range with balls embedded with computer chip, position the green at closer distance and computerize the game. You swing your club on a mat. The goal is how close you land your ball to the flag stick! You assign point based how well you control the ball. Our team got anywhere from 1 of 20 balls; 0 point (miss the green completely), 3, 4, 5, 8, 12 points and an amazing 22 points. The 22 pointer by Howard, was at more than 150 yards and it was difficult to witness exact detail! Is there a hole in 1 in this setup? Each one of practice bay can accommodate 4 to 8 patrons. The cost is on hourly charge on bay usage. The current rate is $29 (9-12 PM) $39 (12-5 PM) $49 (after 5 PM) per bay. Tuesday is a half price day. Drink and food are available. There are both indoor and outdoor bars where you can sip and relax while playing corn hole or watching the games on TV! Beside the drinks like Golfbag, Tipsy Palmer and others, several local draft beers like High 5 IPA (Fort Myers Brewing Co.), IPA's (Palm City Brewing Co.), Jai Alai IPA (Cigar City Brewing) and others are available. If you at the far end of bay, it is fairly long way from the kitchen, so your food may be warm instead of hot on your bite. They do have buffet table setup for special venue at the far end! Little rusty on your golf swing, you can sign up for lesson with a PGA instructor! Is this a perfect driving range? No, I tee my driver with long Tee while the facility setup only has a short tee! We have a birthday celebration here. Our servers are quick, alert, and professional. Staff are friendly! We start with a huge appetizer plate with Sesame Chicken, Sausage, Chips, Mac and Cheese bite, Queso, Pretzel, baked Cheese and more. It is perfect after swing our clubs and have a snack and drink. We had a good time here! Plenty of parking around the facility! This TopGolf is a new addition to Fort Myers Area, it may take a few months to work the kinks out in operation and staff training. Based on two visits, so far, so good! read more

Good fun! I wish the software worked a little different, but it's pretty easy to use. The waitress was nice enough, but I think they gave her a lot of tables. Website said 15 min wait without reservation, and it was more like 30! Rainy weekday too! read more

I went to TopGolf for the first time with my fiancé and my daughter, and we all had a BLAST!! We bought an hour's worth of playtime and were taken upstairs to our station. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I liked that they had a variety of clubs to use and that they had right and lefthanded clubs. I also liked how we could order our beverages and food right from our station. The different games you could choose to play were also neat. The only thing I would critique is the cost and how it was soooooo expensive for even an hour. I'll return when I'm feeling like I have a lot of extra money to spend, lol. It would be cool if they had ways to get discounts because they do provide a very cool setup along with excellent service. Definitely recommend for a good time! read more

Topgolf is always a great time and this location is no exception! We went on a Friday morning and were told the wait would be about 1-1.5 hours, but luckily we were assigned a bay in under an hour. Our waitress was very nice, and we had a blast playing. We ended up doing 90 minutes for the 4 of us and I thought the timing was perfect. I was also pleasantly surprised at the pricing. We had lunch, drinks, and 90 minutes of play, and the bill was still only around $150 (all in). If you haven't tried topgolf yet, I would highly recommend going! However, I would try to get a reservation, if you can. read more

I just arrived from out of town. Used to live in Fort Myers, and all my friends were raving about the newest addition: TopGolf. On my first night in town we tried to get a reservation. We called and the voice message reservations only online. We thought this meant one could only get in with a reservation. And none were available online. On my second night in town we stopped by and to see if they took walk ins. They do! This doesn't seem to be real clear on the website. But word of mouth travels so I am sure this will be figured out soon. There were no bays available when we arrived around 945 pm. They said a 15-30 minute wait and that our rate would be prorated based on how much time we actually got to play. But the bay was ready in less than 5 minutes. Our server was upbeat, friendly and accommodating. She explained everything and got us all set up. Her iPad is almost magical because someone had run out the drinks we ordered before she was even done with explanations. That is a sweet system. The system was a little glitchy but overall, intuitive and easy to use. I'll definitely go back. read more

Disappointed. The advertisement says $15 per person for golf in the morning. There were 7 of us hitting balls but our spouses came to watch, have beverages, etc. At the end we were told it is $15 per person in the golf bay, whether or not they golf. This is soooo very wrong. We should have been told. Instead we got a surprise when the bill came. read more

Had a great time there with friends playing the red course. Afterwards we went in to the bar to get something to drink/eat. Don't bother! Now you have to log into their system, select each drink/food item, punch in your credit card account numbers for anything you want. Staff is friendly and helpful, but total pain! If they are afraid their employees and going to steal there must be a better way than make your customers do all the work. We will not drink/eat there again!!! So sad!!! read more

I had made a reservation with 4 of my friends past 9 o'clock knowing we all met their 18 and up age requirements not thinking anything of it because of past experiences at different locations. Upon arrival we paid and got a bay and where about to start, we then where approached by a manager who then asked if any of us where above the age of 21 which none of us where which doesn't matter clearly states on their website. He proceeded to tell us to come down to the front which we did with no problem. After getting to the front desk we questioned why we were being asked to leave and he was saying that we need to be above the age of 21 which none I know was not true. We were not rude in any manner I pulled the age requirement up and read to him which he still did not understand and proceeded to make us leave. I did get a refund and other employees being very respectful and basically siding with us telling us to come back another day which we did the next night with a different manager on and had no issue what so ever. Never leave a review on a place but this manager was rude and not the brightest hopefully he could understand his own establishments rules one day! I didn't catch the managers name but was told he was on thin ice. read more

We were there for a couple hours, dont do that. 375$ for 4 people and 4 buckets of balls, and some beer.

This was my first time at Top Golf. I was there for a work event. As the group was arriving we sat at the bar. Waaay better than lunch and seeing a movie. Yes, 4 adults, a Friday around lunch time and this was perfect. The cost for a "bay" is per hr per bay, not per person. We rented a bay for 90 minutes and had lunch while enjoying a nice day, some exercise and a fun lunch. All for the cost of lunch and movie theater outing. Lunch finds sandwiches and shareables. I recommend tater tots, yum. Chicken sandwiches are good and well priced. Pizza flat breads are also good. Golf is fun, even non-golfers can find fun at Top Golf. read more

Fantastic experience at Top Golf last night. It was only our second time visiting this location. I booked a private event for my fiancé's birthday, we had 15 attendees and rented 2 bays (each bay allows for 6 players at a time) so we had some folks switch out to take turns. The service was really strong, thank you Caitlin! Very attentive and fast. The food quality was overall really tasty, guacamole was a bit brown but the wings, hummus, pretzel bites, and margarita flatbread were all very good & the right temperature. The two hour block flew by, so if anything I would book a longer event next time. We'll definitely be back! read more

Second time at Topgolf, first time at this location. This facility is 2 floors compared to other locations with 3 floors. A group of us were here for a birthday gathering on a late Saturday afternoon. We had a reservation and got checked in as soon as we got there. The facility is nice and the food was great. Can't believe they charge you $25 to reserve the lane and then have all the charges on top of it. Service was also mediocre, we were a group of 5 and when ordering food to share and a pitcher of beer and they only brought 2 plates and 2 glasses. Topgolf is the place you go with friends when you want to do something slightly athletic but still feel good about being able to eat high calorie foods eating high calorie foods and drinking loads of alcohol. What I like: ---------------- - This location has unusually short wait times. Everytime we've gone (a total of 3 times so far) the wait time has been 15 minutes or less. Even during Superbowl 2022 when the place was packed like a madhouse, we were still hitting balls 8 minutes after we walked in. - If you're looking for a low calorie healthy option, get the Cheese Dip. That was a joke, it's probably 3000 calories in a bowl but it's delicious and plentiful. - The crowd at this location seems to be a mix of young and old alike. For the most part the guests are respectful of others and avoid being to raucous. What I'm not a fan of: -------------------------------- - I'm not a fan of the cocktails. They are a little on the sweeter side for me, that being said my girlfriend loves them, especially the Moscow mule. - My last visit the waitress that was tending to our bay was friendly but she was very pushy with upgrades and refills. She asked me if I wanted a fresh cocktail and I politely declined but then 2 minutes later I overheard her asking my girlfriend if she should get us both cocktails. Nice try lady but not today. read more

We called ahead to check the wait time which was quoted 15-20 mins from the parking lot. When we walked in rhe building we were quoted an hour. We decided to wait which we did patiently. After qn hour, we went to the check on deskand asked the same employee what the status was. He said "you have another half hour at least." I said that he'd quoted us an hour and there's a ton of bays open. He rolled his eyes and said I don't know what to tell you. You have another half hour. This was a total waste of my time. This kid needs more customer training but overall, the entire establishment needs some customer training. I understand if there's a longer wait, but theres a better way to say it to a customer instead of insulting them. I went out for a nice evening with my friends looking to play for a few hours and eat some food and drinks. I will not ever spend a dime at this establishment ever. read more

We've never done Topgolf before and told the hostess that when checking in. She made sure to put us on the upper level which was definitely the place to be. Topgolf was a lot of fun and is so much more than a driving range experience. The Topgolf experience includes beverage and food service right to your golf bay. The food while nothing spectacular, was solid and added to the experience. We visited while on vacation and on vacation is likely the only time we would do Topgolf again. If you eat, drink and golf Topgolf is definitely not something you're walking away from without spending quite a few of those discretionary dollars. But hey, that's what vacation is for. We ordered a couple of beers and some food. The chicken sandwich was grilled and came with fries. It was very good. The chicken nachos were even tastier than anticipated. They were made to my liking.
