I subbed the chicken for extra brisket. I also had to try their brisket tacos ($2 off taco plates on Tuesdays) cause it is taco Tuesday and do I really need an excuse to get tacos!?! The ribs are super tender but the meat will not all fall off as soon as you take a bite as it should be!! It's on a bone for you to eat it from!! Lol. The brisket is spot on! Juicy tender!! Look, I've had their food a few times now from their food truck at various events....their food is great. The ribs, the load up potatoes, it's all legit. VERY good. But some of these events have been fundraiser-type events were tickets were to be used instead of cash; but I know they took cash multiple times instead which shorts whatever cause/organization trying to benefit. I'll 'unfairly' assume they did not fully report all the cash transactions to the cause/organization which again benefits them and not the cause/organization.
