We had our brand new car windows tinted in 2015. We were…read moretold he guaranteed the tint as long as we own our car. In 2019 the tint on my back glass started to bubble. We were told not to clean with blue windex and we never did. We made an appointment so he could look at it. He told us that Kia's back windows are cheap. We were told he has to contact the insurance agent and would call us back. A couple months went by and we never heard back. So we called again and made an appointment. When we got there about a year after the first appointment, he peeled off the back glass tint and he said it wasn't his glue and accused us of trying to scam him. He obviously doesn't know his glue. Don't expect the guarantee to be honored.
