We were told not to clean with blue windex and we never did. We made an appointment so he could look at it. He told us that Kia's back windows are cheap. We were told he has to contact the insurance agent and would call us back. A couple months went by and we never heard back. So we called again and made an appointment. When we got there about a year after the first appointment, he peeled off the back glass tint and he said it wasn't his glue and accused us of trying to scam him. He obviously doesn't know his glue. Don't expect the guarantee to be honored.

Did amazing on my ride!! I have been to him twice and both times I was more than happy!! He answers calls and messages in a timely manner and kept my informed on the status of my truck! He even got my truck done early, my appointment time was at 3:30 pm and it was finished before 10:00 am. Dropping the truck off and picking it up was an easy and painless process.
