In a world where people are quick to complain, I felt it was important to rave about an incredible…read moreexperience I recently had with Radiant Dental. I had a dental emergency (a crown that fell off after only 4.5 years) and my regular dentist of the past five years couldn't fit me in or even help find an appointment within a week. To say I was in pain and losing hope would be an understatement. After my seventh call searching for an emergency dentist, I reached Oreana at Radiant, and everything changed. She was incredibly kind and got me in within an hour. When I arrived, the front office staff, Faith and Abby, were so welcoming and had me registered quickly. I was brought back almost immediately by my hygienist, Natalie, who was beyond compassionate and attentive to my pain and sensitivity. Then Dr. Williams stepped in and truly restored my faith; not just fixing my crown, but showing what exceptional care and service should look like. Within an hour, I was examined and my crown was repaired. Absolutely amazing. The moral of this experience: when one office falls short, don't lose hope. Sometimes you're led to a team like Radiant that truly values patient care and customer service. I am beyond grateful for how they handled my emergency, and they've earned our family's business moving forward. Thank you Radiant Team!

By law a vendor can charge up to 4%, but they are supposed to tell you up front and they never did. I found out after I paid it. 2) They also sell clear aligners, which should be an orthodontic procedure for many reasons. I eventually switched to braces with a nearby orthodontist. 3) They also charge $50 per hour cancellation fee. So if they think your procedure would have taken 2 hours, that would be a $200 cancellation fee charged to your credit card on file.

Check out how this lady "cosmetic dentist" treats injured Navy Veterans. I'm re-writing because my…read moreSep'22 review was removed (Gee, I wonder why.). I was a new pt. Immediately dialogue @ front counter began how I needed a crown before seeing anyone: (hint: I'm 56yrs blue collar dude, & lady dentist is specialist in cosmetic dentistry. What are the chances?). I told the dental tech my Navy neck Injury is hurting 8/10: "Please only do what is minimally required." But tech pushed my chin in pan-xray & hurt my neck again. Finally, the lady dentist (who flies all over the world on luxury? vacations) immediately started talking about a crown without even looking in my mouth. I didn't want a crown. I wanted to save MY $$ for a tooth implant & requested EXTRACTION. She didn't get the crown $$$ so she REFUSED TREATMENT even though I needed 3 other fillings saying: "Because I complained about my neck, I might sue them". IMO, she has few scruples: Her morals are about the $$$. If you go here, get educated on what you really need (you should anyway). Then hold onto your wallet. Don't let anyone talk you into la-de-dah stuff you don't want, don't need, or can't afford. That's how this lady dentist travels world vacations (but you get watch the videos in the office). There are other places to go. Listen to your insurance company's advice. They help prevent scams. P.S: You don't spend good money on a rotten car, a rotten dog, a rotten kid, or rotten teeth. And, she "conveniently forgets" I am the patient who pays the bill: The decision is mine not hers. I think her behavior was atrocious if not criminal. The pain of real and significant neck and spine injuries don't go away because you go to the dentist, and doctors don't pass out pain drugs like they used to either. So "F" her!
