Everything looks super professional, and they even put all of the network gear like the modem and router into a little cabinet so that it was hidden away. I was having constant issues with my service and having to reboot the router and modem, but I've had no issues since. Was paying them $180/month, so switched to Tablo and pay nothing per month. Best choice I made, despite the rip-off on the $400 charge to close out. They won't survive long with this kind of service.
