We were stuck between two financial behemoths and that is when you don't need a good realtor but a great one. Alex Muniz was that for us. I honestly don't know that we could have done this process without him. He is calm, extremely knowledgeable, and always had a way to get us through the next step. We felt that she definitely was not protecting us or staying on top of things- unless we badgered her to do so. So many problems with our home buying experience with Debra. The very bottom line is , in her many emails to us , she repeatedly either promises things that never ever happened and that she never followed up on to protect us or she actually defended and took the sellers side .
