The property was small and fairly inexpensive, thus I knew the agent would not be making much commission for his work. Jason put in a lot more work than we all had anticipated it would require. Jason was incredibly communicative, both proactively reaching out to us whenever something changed, and was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. He was also quick to anticipate potential issues that may have impacted a sale, and helped us get ahead of those issues.
