They gave me an appointment right away (a few other offices I called nearby were not as accommodating). Dr. Kevin re-did the filling on the very back tooth and closed the food trap between the teeth, which resolved the issue and now I don't get food stuck there anymore! He and the dental assistant (I'm sorry, I forgot her name but she was great), were very friendly and did a great job!! Dr. Kevin was very thorough and took his time to make sure he filed the filling down until I felt comfortable with the bite. When I fell, one of my top front teeth was pushed back with part of my upper lip caught in the space. I was in great pain. I begged and cried for Dr. Temple to please look at me and take a x-ray. They did ask if I was a patient there and I was not. Her receptionist said she would have to check with Dr. Temple and call me back. She did call back saying Dr. Temple was "too busy" to have me come in. I could hear Dr. Temple, in the background, saying to apply ice and eat soft food. This was my initial review : "I forget my dental assistant's name it starts with an A. She was absolutely phenomenal. I don't have the best experiences with dentist but she was efficient , didn't rush , was genitalia but got the job done. Whenever she noticed I was uncomfortable I didn't have to say anything she would adjust and make accommodations for me then proceed. I will be back and I would recommend. I was referred so I didn't know what to expect but I loved it. The practice was clean. Front desk was professional and nice and the doctor was also good. He let me know what they recommended was nice , and concise. They were also on time. I wasn't in the waiting area past my appointment time which I greatly appreciated them valuing my time. I didn't wait more than 3 minutes for the doctor to come after my dental assistant finished." Now 6 months later I have had my second cleaning and an emergency appointment. I still feel the same. I feel cared for and like my dental assistant and my dentist care for me and my oral health. I recently had pain in my mouth to and I thought it was an abscess I was squeezed in for an emergency appointment the next day even though my cleaning was schedule the following Monday. I was evaluated and x rays were taken. The abscess was confirmed. I was issued antibiotics and mouthwash and was told if it persists i would be referred to a pariodontic (gum doctor ). It did and I was reared the same day I called. During my cleaning I still had the abscess and they were extremely gentle around the area but thorough with cleaning my teeth around my braces. I have never had a better dental team and I was intentional to stay with them as they're changing in network dental insurance but I made sure I called to stay in network.
