I saw a PA at this office because Dr. Davis was busy. But the PA did not listen to a word I said, causing me to go for a second appointment the next day to see Dr. PA suggested I'd be put in a brace and have a job and another I to the PA that I wanted to work with no restrictions. But he signed my form saying that I had a job which made it ridiculously stupid for the type of work. I do when the staff came in to put on a brace. I explained to them that Dr. Davis had already prescribed me and then I did not need a second one. I asked the girls to have the PA come back in and talk to me. They left the room and said that they told him and he was too busy to see make another appointment for Dr. Davis an MRI and the girl who waited on me be put out, two different offices with such different . Someone needs to go into the Exeter office and clean and stop talking on your cell phone when you need to be checking people in. I started going to the ladies at Kate Schwartz when I was put into an air-cast (still non weight bearing). After every single visit, I walk out feeling like I could run a mile. They not only helped me to reduce the swelling/increase range of motion in my ankle, but also identified what was wrong with my knee! Something that the doctors could not identify. I continue to be amazed by the amount of knowledge these ladies have and how quickly they've helped me get back on my feet and back to normal activity. I am hoping I never have another injury like this, but if I do, I will come back to this team in a heartbeat!

However, in July 2025 Dr Renee Lynch gave me a prescription. I ordered glasses online from glassesusa. Result: bad right lens. Eyesight optitian verified lens was correct. Rescheduled with Dr Lynch however, appointment not needed because online chat bot implied Dr Lynch put the wrong number in the Axis for right eye and they would give me a new prescription. I got new July '25 prescription with correct Axis for distance. When I asked for the Progressive version of the same prescription they gave me a copy of the prescription that dr Lynch did back in 2024. After communicating with them to get this situation corrected I suspect that their voice mail to chat log system is a cumbersome, impersonal obstacle to good communication. And for the past two days when I press 7 on their answering machine it goes back to the beginning menu. I suspect that the eyesight of the Eyesight CEO needs to be refocused. A simple apology from Dr Lynch would be a good place to start.
