However, some months later they began hounding me for payment as, surprise! they don't take my insurance after all...and that person who informed me that they did take my insurance in the first place doesn't work there anymore. Now, I had to go through all of the rigmarole of unlocking my medical spending account that was locked by Sage Dermatology for non payment- a payment issue that they caused! However, I felt like the Dr. only spent 5-10 mins with me, was rushing through the appointment, and even got up once as if he was about to leave when I was about to ask a question. While I get that he might've had a busy day, it didn't really feel like he was fully listening to my concerns, which was quite disappointing given the money I have to spend out of pocket towards my deductible ($100+ for what was a ~5-10 min appointment). I would suggest going elsewhere, especially if you're a student. Reception team was great, however!
