Had the best customer service ever! I called early this morning to send a last minute arrangement to a friend. We decided to do a free hand arrangement. I told the gentleman who was helping me out that I liked tulips so he could do something with that. I also ended up calling back a few times to figure out time of delivery ext. and they were very helpful and gave me a call to let me know the arrangement was delivered. Will be using these guys again I recommend you do to. read more

Oh my gosh the customer service for my crazy last-minute order, Christopher himself answered my call (on a Sunday no less), and his assistant brainstormed with me based on my requisites and budget. The arrangement was delivered perfectly to a concert venue on time and was according to my specs. Thank you! read more

Ordered flowers to be delivered for Valentines Day flowers never arrived (busy time I get it) I got an email the next day saying there was some thefts of arrangements (ok I get it no biggie) so waited all day for the delivery finally arrived 9:30 PM the second day even though the apartment was literally only a few blocks away. I'm thinking at least they are there until I saw the arrangement. Was not thrilled. After the price, delivery and tax I spent almost $140!!! I expect the arrangement to at least look like the picture (that was their own picture) but it was such a poor look alike. I will not be using them again. I really wanted to order directly from a local business versus a large conglomerate but that didn't work out for me. read more

Today Christopher's Flowers went above and beyond for my daughter's sweet 16! I ordered the arrangement at the last minute and after every other florist stated they wouldn't be able to meet my deadline. Not only did I get a call about Christopher's Flowers trying their hardest to have it delivered on time but once I said how important it was to the recipient, they made sure to deliver it on time. I will always use them! I live all the way in New Orleans Louisiana and will recommend them to all my friends and family! Thanks guys!!! read more

I have only been to Richmond VA twice and both times purchased Christopher Flowers that were set up on the street. They are absolutely gorgeous, reasonably priced, and he is a friendly guy! I was staying with my daughter and bought flowers from him and he made the beautiful bouquet while I was standing on the sidewalk. I so wish that he was in Cary, NC because I would bring my business to him. Thank you, Christopher! See you next time! read more

I ordered flowers from Christopher Florist finding them online and the only place open on Sunday delivering. It was a way to show love to someone in hospice. The beautiful flowers were delivered and everyone loved them at a very sad time. The service was impeccable and they sent a photo when they delivered the lovely flowers. In this time of few florist with such a personal touch I give them 10 stars. The service and should I say love they share with customers is so needed today. In a season where everyone is so cold getting your money then sending flowers that do not deliver the message you want to share. It is so heart warming to find a florist who not only love their work but cares. Thank you Christopher for sharing your gift and art with a family at a tough time in their life. read more

Ordered flowers for a funeral. Was promised a confirmation and picture of delivery. Did not receive After trying to contact them several times, I finally picked up the flowers from the delivery drivers home. I spent $170 on an arrangement that looked to be worth $50. I was offered no discount. I do not recommend Christopher's Flower. This business is not reliable and very unprofessional. Very disappointing. read more

On a Sunday morning I called all the way from Hawaii desperate to get flowers to the hospital. On such short notice and dealing with my tears on the phone I was told not to worry they would get flowers there right away. I can't thank Christopher's Flowers enough for their kindness and being a total blessing to me in my time of need. Mahalo! Highly recommend and will always be grateful for their aloha!! read more

Ordered flowers for my daughter in February 2022. Got this email from the business: "It is with great sadness to inform you I had over fifty arrangements stolen, along with multiple website disruptions. I take full responsibility for these issues and will work tirelessly to make them right. If you will allow me, I will get your order out to you tomorrow, February 16, 2022. If you have further questions or concerns, please email me back directly and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Your order and understanding are of the utmost importance to me and I will do everything I can to right the situation. " After no action for months, despite repeated emails and phone calls to CF, I went to the Richmond Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. The CF owner told them he would refund the money. Never did. Finally, after months, the BBB told me that they had exhausted all the options in dealing with this business, and labelled the complaint "UNRESOLVED." This business never delivered flowers I paid for. Promised me they'd make it right. Didn't. Told the BBB they'd make it right. Never did. In short: they took my money, and never delivered what they were paid for. The business's pledge to "right the situation" was worthless. Lousy. read more

Ordered sunflowers same-day from here. I got prompt and friendly service, and had a bouquet styled so beautifully with black berry (?) filler flowers that were perfect for my request / needs. It's a great shop. I will recommend this place to anyone! I really had a great experience with this place and the employee (owner?) I spoke with. Thank you! read more

I used Christopher Flowers for my wedding florals. They were absolutely gorgeous. They were exactly what I wanted, and even more gorgeous than I expected. Christopher was friendly and easy to work with, and was very good about finding out exactly what my vision was and figuring out how to execute it. He was very flexible, is open to nontraditional, and even made me a demo bouquet to make sure it was what I wanted. He has a subscription flower delivery service also, which I haven't used, but am interested to try. Since the wedding, I have used him for a friend's birthday party also, and will use him again in the future for sure. It is prudent to note that he is not the most punctual, so allow a little leeway in your order timing to ensure you get what you need by the time you need it. read more

Christopher makes beautiful flower arrangements and is always very nice. He works hard to make you happy.

My stepdaughter was a new mom in VCU hospital, I made the mistake of choosing Christophers Flowers to send an arrangement. It was supposed to be delivered on a Sunday, It wasn't. When I called to inquire I was given a song and dance about a security guard throwing them away, that changed the next day and a promise of "I will personally handle this in in the morning." Was made by the owner, WHO FAILED AGAIN, On the third day of my voicing my complaints, a clear vase of what appeared to be leftovers was sent. It was neither what was ordered, nor was it appropriate for the occasion. On the next day a promise was made to refund for the purchase, and 10 days later, that is as lacking as any other aspect of the service. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

Terrible service. Said was going to be deli that day. Didn't received them till 2 1/2 days later. She left hospital on Thursday and they weren't worth bringing home. We would have been glad to pick up from shop if could not deliver. Christopher called and apologized and said he was refunding money. It never happened. In his Facebook he wrote that he did. It was a lie. read more

I ordered flowers for an event and they were never delivered. I tried to contact the owner via phone and his voicemail box is full. I have sent him three follow-up emails and have had zero response. I like to give businesses the opportunity to correct any mistakes or errors before providing feedback, but it's been over two weeks since I started trying to make contact, and have heard nothing. Christopher was so polite and quick! My custom arrangement was ready and wrapped before I knew it! My flowers smell so fresh and are so bright. No prewrapped bundles here. Christopher Flowers - They smell amazing! - Florists Near Me - Richmond, Virginia

Exceptional customer service. Valentine's weekend I had ordered flowers and chocolate for my mom. The flowers arrived but the chocolate didn't. While the flowers were *beautiful* I was a little frustrated - also realizing that they most likely were slammed that day given all the v-day deliveries. I called to tell them and they profusely apologized and sent the chocolate AND a new bouquet to my mom to make up for the inconvenience. Perfect example of how - if you make a small gesture, you will win a customer for life. Incredibly impressed and my mom was thrilled. Well done! read more

In March of 2022, I needed a Sunday deliver to a restaurant in Innsbrook for my wife's birthday. Not only was Christopher's florist the only available florist I called, he also offered delivery. Looking through his arrangements I found the perfect gift in the "Flower's of the Day". I wanted the day to be special for my wife and his arrangement did just that. People are still talking about the beautiful arrangement he created and delivered. I would recommend Christopher's flowers to anyone looking to make their event special! read more

Not only was he late to each meeting but on the day of the wedding, he made the decision to take back my bride and groom stage flowers along with another bouquet and corsages and boutonniere without telling ANYONE. He didn't even come back after I called about it! Even after all that I remained very professional and reached out a day or so after requesting a refund for those items since that was really all that can be done at that point. He agreed but then all the sketchy excuses started happening and those then turned into lies. First , I'm waiting for days for a confirmation email HE said he'd send about the refund. Then he freaks out over email when I ask for it after I send him a verbatim message about him saying he'd send it . After that nonsense, he is adamant about giving a cash refund instead of electronic which was yet another sketch thing but I just wanted it over will so a plan to meet up. Nope, no show and when I call he had the nerve to say "I have so many unread texts, I just don't read them!" I told him PayPal the money and I started sending reminders texts almost each day. This man had excuse after excuse! I gave him weeks to give me my refund and he has yet to give me my full refund so now I have to go through the banks which is annoying but necessary. In addition to this review, I'll be reporting him to the better business bureau. He is unprofessional and unreliable so please save yourself and support a more deserving florist! read more

Christopher is an amazing person with amazing floral arrangements to choose from. Yesterday, I was running late to my class on Cary St. due to a death in my boyfriend's family. I saw his stand and thought it would be a perfect way to show him I was here for him during this difficult time. When I asked Christopher when he closed, he said technically already, but that he'd be around. So I hurried to class, then returned to the stand and called his number to order flowers. My card wouldn't work with his system but Christopher didn't mind; he gave me a bouquet because he understood my position. Christopher brightened my entire night. Let this review be a reminder not only to purchase his amazing arrangements, but also to show a little kindness in this crazy little world. read more

Christopher Flowers's doesn't deserve a star. Save yourself $65, go to a gas station, pick up some wilted flowers and a deflated ballon because he is banking on you not calling or following up with him once you've placed an order. Christopher's Flowers came thru for me at the last minute. 2 florists before him took my money and didn't deliver the Mother's Day flowers I ordered to be delivered. While speaking with the owner was really nice, I cannot say the same for my arrangement! I wish I could show pictures. I wanted a heart shaped wreathe type bleeding you know with an opening in the middle for my fiancé who had passed. The picture was specific & said it could be done. On top of that it arrived literally 1 MINUTE before service started. I couldn't believe it. Not only was it not what I wanted the roses weren't cut down & were bouncing around being walked in, it kinda just broke my heart even more than what it was. read more

Absolutely delighted! I ordered a big bouquet for my mom's 75th birthday, and Christopher was a delight to work with. He talked me through some of the design elements of the arrangement so that I knew roughly what colors and what types of flowers he was planning to use, and I was happy to leave it in his capable hands. It arrived today and was absolutely stunning!! My mom is delighted and so am I. Thank you so much!! read more

I ordered with Christopher for my best friends birthday bouquet. I am located in Florida and she lives in Henrico. I called to place an order around 6:30pm and Christopher was beyond professional, helpful, and super friendly. I needed a same day delivery and although already so late in the evening he went above and beyond to make it happen for me all while staying within my budget. My best friend raved on how polite he was and how beautiful the bouquet was. Most of the time when you leave a card note your delivery is sent with a typed out card but she absolutely loved that my words were hand written it added such a personal touch which really stood out for her. If I ever need flowers or know someone in the area who does I will most definitely recommend them to Christopher and I plan to be an annual client now. I can't thank them enough, it's so refreshing to be able to put your trust in a business that you've never been to, with people you've never met, and send an item you've never seen and they completely knock it out of the park!!!!! The easiest 5 stars I've ever left. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about Christopher Flowers. I started a few months ago using these guys to get flowers to my son and daughter-in-law in Richmond. Our flowers never arrived. We were told they attempted delivery, but there was never a missed call to the recipient or the shipper - plus the door code was correct, so we think the driver went to the wrong location. We were in touch just 20 mins after attempted delivery, so we were told the flowers would be re-delivered that night. They were not. Then we were told they'd be delivered the next day. They were not. Every time we inquired about the order, we were told we'd be called back in 5 mins - but no one ever called back, and the flowers never arrived. On the third day, we finally just asked for a refund. They apologized, saying they had been too busy to follow up with our order. It took 3 more calls and several more days to get the refund. Not great customer service. read more

These people are frauds. They take orders they cannot fill and don't respond if and when there's a problem. Placed an order for V Day flowers " Christopher Special" on Feb 1st to be delivered on V Day. Flowers never delivered. No email or phone call letting me know there was an issue. No apologies. No flowers for my lady. I guess the "Christopher Special" is a con game- take my money and deliver no flowers. Haha good one, Chris. Never again. read more

Calling in to place an order for same day delivery? On a Sunday? No problem. Oh, they didn't have the specific orchid for the arrangement I had ordered? No problem, Chris immediately let me know there was an issue but had a similar alternative on deck. This was absolutely the worst business to deal with I have ever experienced. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my son and his wife to celebrate their 1st anniversary. He charged me and promised to deliver them on Sunday 8/5/18, after he never delivered them as promised on Saturday 8/4/18. After numerous phone calls and texts where I finally asked him to cancel my order and refund my money- $78.75, he never did. Even two weeks after the order, he said "I will personally make sure she gets the flowers today." I had texted him to ask for the date that he processed my refund. He lied to me over and over again about EVERYTHING! I finally had to go to my bank, cancel my debit card due to FRAUD and request action to be taken against him in order to get my $78.75 back. I finally got my money back in my bank account yesterday, 9/7/18. I recommend you NOT use this guy as he will take your money, but NOT deliver the services he promises to do. I only hope everyone reads the recommendations before calling this awful place! read more
