The total cost of our new floor, including installation and trim, was about the same as just buying the planks would have been elsewhere. We've installed flooring from this company ourselves once as well, and I was impressed at how well the pieces snapped together-- there were no "duds" or unusable planks. We just had a new floor installed in our commercial building. The cost was reasonable, and the company completed the install right on schedule. Unlike other reviewers, we didn't have any trouble getting hold of the owner and when delivery took one day longer than expected, they called to let us know and make sure we could do the install the following day instead. The installers did a great job, and the new floor looks great! We're three for three on great floors from BusyBee. Would definitely buy from them again-- they've got the lowest prices around on a great product.

It had been sold and that it wasn't available for sale yet and that it was on hold for an employee who is waiting to get paid the next day or so either way manager on duty Kim, I believe said no they do not hold an autumn even for employees, but when she went back, they had hid the mower over in garden behind some trees. Finally, it was found, and the manager of that department said he was saving it for his friend Chris. It makes you wonder how long they've been doing this and what process they have been marking them down to their friends for as this Moore had been marked down as a return.

The salesperson who handled our order clearly did not have the experience required to properly measure, specify, or advise on door selections. He visited our site multiple times to measure and confirm details, and we went over everything thoroughly and very specifically. Despite that, critical information about material variations, sizing differences, and height changes were never disclosed, even when directly relevant to the doors we selected. When the order finally arrived, multiple doors were wrong, sizes were incorrect, and several items were damaged. Instead of taking responsibility, the salesperson attempted to shift the blame onto us--despite the fact that we clearly communicated our requirements and relied on his supposed expertise to ensure they were met. It is not the customer's job to know door construction standards and material tolerances. That is the company's responsibility. The situation required multiple escalations to management. There has been poor communication, ongoing delays, and additional costs on our end to repair and correct issues that should never have occurred in the first place. Weeks later, we are still waiting on replacement doors and resolution. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, time-consuming, and expensive. The level of disorganization, lack of accountability, and overall incompetence we encountered was unacceptable. I would highly recommend choosing another company if you want your order handled correctly the first time.

Suffice it to say that they were TERRIBLE when it came to delivering on what they promised. They would CONSTANTLY say product would arrive on a day and when that day came around they would call and say it was not going to arrive. And then many times when it did arrive very late, it was the complete WRONG door or stair parts. I get normal delays and a mistake here and there--that is just the construction process, but here the salesperson (Carter) just straight up lied about things and whenever there was a mistake he ALWAYS blamed someone else, it was never his responsibility or fault. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING because they DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD and your project will be delayed, cost a fortune, and you will end up pretty pissed off.
