We've bought flooring from this company several times. They offer a high-quality product at a really low price. The total cost of our new floor, including installation and trim, was about the same as just buying the planks would have been elsewhere. We've installed flooring from this company ourselves once as well, and I was impressed at how well the pieces snapped together-- there were no "duds" or unusable planks. We just had a new floor installed in our commercial building. The cost was reasonable, and the company completed the install right on schedule. Unlike other reviewers, we didn't have any trouble getting hold of the owner and when delivery took one day longer than expected, they called to let us know and make sure we could do the install the following day instead. The installers did a great job, and the new floor looks great! We're three for three on great floors from BusyBee. Would definitely buy from them again-- they've got the lowest prices around on a great product. read more

If I could give anything lower than a 1 star review I would!! Terry Allison is nothing more than a LIAR and a despicable business man! First of all, the only number available to call is his direct line (his cell phone). When you call the number he immediately sends the call to voicemail with an automatic text saying "I'll call you back". He NEVER calls back. There is not a number for the actual store so you never get to talk to the employees that work there in store unless you make the drive and speak to them in person. The employees can't take debit card payments for purchase of product, they have to call Terry and Terry takes the payment over the phone. The employees can't issue refunds to angry customers who are tired of the run a round and just want their money back. We ordered and paid in full for our flooring in November of 2022. 106 boxes of Phoenix. It was out of stock and needed to be ordered. That was fine with us because we weren't far enough along in our construction process to need the floor yet. After not hearing anything for about a month we called to check on it, we were told it would be delivered to us before Christmas. That time frame came and went, we called again in January of 2023 and from that point until February 17th we got the run around every week. Terry would tell us we were the first delivery of the next day, the next day would come and go without a flooring delivery. It got to the point that our builder's were at a standstill with our build because we were waiting on flooring to be delivered that we paid for 3 months prior!! We finally said we're coming to get our flooring, forget delivery we'll drive an hour and a half to pick it up ourselves. Terry has the excuse that no one is at the warehouse to load us with the product. He promised with a 100% guarantee that our flooring would be delivered the very next day that he would be there himself. I told him that if we didn't get our flooring the next day (February 17th, 2023) that we were coming to get a refund and would buy our flooring elsewhere. February 17th rolls around and guess what....at 3:00p.m. We still hadn't received our flooring, the website says they are only open until 6:00p.m. So I tried to call Terry and he blocked my number so I couldn't call or text him. He wouldn't answer my husband's calls, we tried calling him from two different phones and he still wouldn't answer, he did the "typical Terry" and sent the call to voicemail with an automatic text saying "I'll call you back". My husband and I decide to drive to the store to either get our flooring or our money back. David and Keith are the two guys that Terry has working in the store and those two guys are good as gold!! I feel sorry for them because Terry does people so dirty and David and Keith are the ones that catch all the backlash for it because they are the face of this company. Terry is nowhere to be found. To make a long story short our flooring was on a truck headed to the store's warehouse and was there after 7:00p.m. There were two other people there at the warehouse besides us waiting on their flooring as well because they got tired of waiting also. Long story short, Terry ordered my flooring and sold it to other people so when we were ready for it he didn't even have enough product to fill my order which is why we got the run around for months. We did receive our flooring but only because we took action!! We were prepared to file a police report and swear out a warrant for theft by deception had we not been able to obtain the product we paid for. MY ADVICE: AVOID doing business with Terry Allison at all costs. If you choose to buy from him ONLY buy product that is in stock at the time and NEVER rely on them deliver. If you're going to buy from this man have a way to pick the flooring up yourself. HE WILL LIE TO YOU AND HE WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND FOR DAYS, WEEKS, AND MONTHS!!! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Purchased extra flooring with the promise that we could return and now they will only answer my call is if I call from another number. Tried to give benefit of the doubt but today the owner hung up on me so now I will search for an attorney to handle. He will lie to you so I am pleading with whoever reads this to please stay away from them. It is not worth the few dollars that you may save. Too bad a rating is not available. These people have been lying through their teeth! My grandparents ordered some flooring from them and were told when to pick it up because they are an hour out from town and didn't want to make a trip for nothing. They gave them an extra day and the wood still never showed. They agreed to a refund check at a later day but I'd have to pick it up since I'm closer. Christmas Day I go at the agreed time to pick up a check and this Terry fellow wasn't there and had "forgot to leave the check." As of the time of writing this, I still haven't gotten my refund for my grandparents. This is criminal and exploitive. Don't give these people your business. At best their inept; at worst their ill-intentioned, deceptive, and depraved garbage trying to pass for human. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I am telling you, I gave them a second chance after a horrible first experience in 2020, and it was a HUGE MISTAKE. I bought my flooring this time on Jan 3, 2022, paid in full. I told him I would need it at the end of January or beginning of February. I reached out multiple times via text to ask him to deliver, and he (owner Terry) stopped responding Feb 21st. I reached out to the guy who helped me finally get my flooring in 2020 to see if he could help, and then he stopped responding in mid-March. I got in touch with Terry again, and more broken promises!!! It's now April 5, 2022, and I have asked for a refund, and if I don't get it, the police will be called, because he took my full payment for the goods and never delivered. Liar, Liar, Liar. This guy Terry or Terrel Allison has been lying to us since September 7, 2021. We were promised our flooring Sep 10, then 14, then so many other days I can't remember. We finally ask for a refund because we have been given so many excuses and no products. We were promised a refund since around the first week of October. Terry claimed he processed it; however it's now 5:16pm on 10 November 2021 still no refund. We have called numerous times when they (Terry) was answering the call he continued to lie saying he had processed the refund. Yes I said when he WAS answering the phone because he now will not answer the phone he text "l'll call you back"and never do. Call back no answer. Call every other day same thing or he'll call back in a hour which he never does. Terry is definitely giving us the run around. We paid in good faith believing in we would get our laminate plank flooring. All we want is our refund. At this time I cannot recommend anyone purchasing from this store. read more
