Her attention-to-detail with listing included: a beautiful laminated bound booklet to hand out at showings and the open house, and cute customized signs throughout the house showed whimsy and highlight positives to potential buyers. From a buyer-perspective, she is savvy about all the inner workings of a house and you can count on her to tell it like it is, negatives along with positives. Update 7/6/21 We have used Kelly yet again, this time as a buyer. We were not the easiest buyers to work with this time, taking almost a year to find an Indy house that fit our criteria and we had some job relocation bumps to navigate, cold feet, false starts, etc. Kelly was patient, continuing to advocate and steer us in the right direction. At times, she seemed to remember our wants and needs as individuals and a family when we would be tempted to forget. We now are proud owners of a beautiful Butler Tarkington home (Kelly is an area aficionado). She is just the best.

I considered investment properties vs buying a full-time residence and she guided me through the logic behind what would be needed for each. She also spent time outlining our search areas and giving us pointers on what we'd want to do with our current home if we wanted to list. She's awesome to work with. I'd recommend her highly to anyone who appreciates local history and architecture. She has in-depth knowledge of Indy neighborhoods, an understanding of local history and common building practices for older builds. Her expertise was critical in finding a property that worked for our little family. Looking forward to working with her and her team in the future. I'd highly recommend working with Kelly as a listing or buying agent. She's a blast to work with and makes what could be a stressful process easy. We're very happy with our new home and are settling in nicely.

Tom Galovic is the absolute best in the business. My husband and I were initially looking to lease,…read morebut ended up shopping the Indy market to own in the downtown area. Tom was flexible and worked hard to accommodate our ever-changing plans. We were in Texas the majority of the time, but he always kept us updated and on track. When we came to Indy, we had only 5 days from the time we found the home we wanted to put an offer in for to the time we were flying back to Texas, and Tom was able to start the negotiating process as well as set up a home inspection before we left. He and his team worked around our tight schedule, always making sure someone was available to show us properties or be there with us for the home inspection. He was constantly in contact with our lenders and with us, making sure that our loan was going through smoothly. When we found out Wells Fargo couldn't do the loan 1 week before we were scheduled to close, (loooooonnnng story, nothing to do with Tom of Indy Plus Realty Group or even WF, really just the huge careless mistake of one particular loan officer), Tom tried his hardest to accommodate us as we had already scheduled movers, trucks, etc. in order to drive up from Texas and move in on the original date. He went so far as to try to bargain with the sellers for us to move in prior to the closing date and even offered to pay for storage for our stuff if it didn't work out. He was always easy to reach, prompt at returning phone calls, emails or texts. He fought for us even at closing, making sure every one of our concerns was addressed by the sellers. Tom is incredibly knowledgeable about the Indy area, particularly with the downtown area. He has lots of experience with working with IU physicians and employees. Indy Plus Realty Group has a great program for first time physician home owners where they give you back a percentage of their realtor fees. He has great working relationships with lenders, home inspectors, etc. and the people he recommended were all really wonderful as well. Tom and his team are the kind of people that you want to work with; they're professional, honest and diligent. You will not regret working with this group. They are, hands-down, the best.

I contacted Kline Properties and Steve went to the address and took videos which he sent me. He put together an estimate of what would be needed to get it back to rental condition. His company had been managing my property for over 10 years and I relied on his advice to keep the property well maintained occupied with a tenant. As I'm coming up to my retirement, I decided to take advantage of the hot market and sell the property. I asked Steve to be my real estate agent. What do you do? Well, you can start with thanking God that Kate Fry is on your side. I ended up backing out of the deal and purchasing a different home but that's not what this review is about. This review is about the force that is Kate Fry with Everhart Studio Real Estate. This was all such a learning process for me and thanks to her, I was able to have it all broken down in Layman's terms for easier digestion. Kate and I hit it off and I think that's due in large part to her no-nonsense tactics that for a lack of better terms "get shit done" in a professional and prompt manner. I know I was definitely on the bottom of her totem pole as far as dinero to spend goes, but she never treated me any differently for it. She even took the time to meet with me in person to go through the mortgage documents step by step. Kate is especially knowledgeable in the downtown and historical home markets. Which, fortunately for me, my final home purchase fell into both categories. Consider this my second "thank you" note if you see this, Kate!
