Don't talk to anyone but Moana. She's really nice and has fantastic phone manners. She's also very knowledgeable!

Dr Choi…read morelistens to my concerns and health issues and treats not only the medical problem itself, but makes sure I'm doing well mentally, spiritually, and he treats me holistically as well. Dr. Choi has been instrumental in many aspects of my life - from making sure surgeries go well, to checking on me when I've ended up in the hospital or ICU, and he makes sure that you're well taken care of in all aspects of your wellness journey. He's by far the most understanding physician I've ever seen. Dr Choi is also compassionate, responsive, caring, and very understanding. I can tell Dr Choi any and all issues I may be having and he either finds the right treatment (while taking my opinions and concerns into consideration as well) or he knows another physician that can assist if it's not something he can immediately help with. The office staff - Laura, Natalie, Daisy, Ashely, and anyone I may have missed has also been astounding: a big shout out to Laura for being the world's best phlebotomist! I can't say enough positive things about the entire staff. They've been with me through so much, I feel like it's one big family that I'm part of. Everyone knows you there as a person rather than just a patient singing in for an appointment. Thanks to all the wonderful staff and D. Choi for the years of amazing treatment I've received. Dr. Choi will remain one of the most competent physicians in Las Vegas that I've had! Thanks so much everyone!

Firstly, I wanna start by saying the staff has not been rude by any means, but just extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I started going to this doctor, specifically Dr. Noorda, because of the incredible reviews he had about him as far as his practice and medicine... I wanna make it very clear that I am only continuing to come to this office because of the incredible care that I've received from Dr. Noorda and only because of that. Otherwise, it has been extremely frustrating and an impeccable waste of my time... I Initially went in 11/26 to get blood drawn and provide samples that I was asked for for testing... When I arrived, there was a ton of confusion on what test were actually supposed to be performed on me so that was frustrating, and then after they finally figured everything out, and I was able to provide them with the correct paperwork, they took the samples they thought I needed it, and I proceeded to leave the office as normal... Literally less than three minutes later they called me back to back letting me know if I'm able to rush back in. They forgot to give me some test that we're on the list for me that day, which was already a red flag, but I decided that everyone makes mistakes and I went back in with no problem., Mind you I live over 25 minutes away, so this is not convenient travel wise for me by any means, but I will travel anywhere for good care. Fast-forward to today, December 4, I go in for my appointment to drop off the test that I was sent home with 11/26 to test me further, and when I went in to drop off the samples, everything appeared to be fine. I gave them to the phlebotomist, And I left... As per usual. Unbeknownst to me, I'm driving 25 minutes away to go back home and get back to work, I'm on a work call as I drive home and I noticed that Mountain View called me twice back to back... I'm on an important call so I cannot switch over, and the first thing I thought is there is absolutely no way they are calling me because they forgot something again, I am already traumatized that happened to me the first time. Once I was finished with my work call, I gave them a call back lo and behold just to find out that yet again they incorrectly read my charts. They told me that the way that the tests were requested. We're all on one line and was confusing the phlebotomist told me she had to ask aOnce I was finished with my work call, I gave them a call back low and behold just to find out that yet again they incorrectly read my charts. They told me that the way that the tests were requested. We're all on one line and was confusing the phlebotomist told me she had to ask a nurse how to also read the paperwork just for them to call back and tell me they need an additional 5+ tests and that I ultimately wasted my time coming down and giving them the test that I drove 25 minutes to give them, because That wasn't actually all of the test that I was supposed to provide to them initially, which was completely unbeknownst to me because they literally never told me . So now I have to go back for my appointment December 18, but we were originally supposed to discuss all of the results that I had already sent in, now that Appointment is essentially obsolete because the testing still isn't done, mind you I have driven back-and-forth to the office more than five times now trying to achieve the same results and something that should be extremely simple... all she could literally tell me verbatim was "well you don't have to drive back up here if you don't want to I was just making you aware"... Girl of course I have to drive back up there. This is my health we're talking about, no matter how frustrating it is I'm going to do whatever it takes to finally get these test submitted, but wow the hoops I've had to go through is crazy! I'm typically not want to complain, but the situation has left me feeling helpless and in disbelief!

At the Eastern office, I felt I was treated differently because I'm not Hispanic and don't speak Spanish. The service was unprofessional, and I left feeling ignored and uncomfortable. I decided to give the Sun City location a chance, but it was just as bad. I waited two hours to see the doctor, and she spent barely 15 minutes with me. When I tried to explain my symptoms and concerns, she dismissed everything and told me I was "too young" to have anything wrong -- simply because most of their patients in that area are older. She ordered a lot of bloodwork but didn't explain any of it. When I asked questions, she brushed me off and told me to take collagen and vitamins because I'm in my 40s. That had nothing to do with what I was actually feeling. She even made a rude comment when I asked about testosterone levels, instead of educating me respectfully. Both locations showed poor communication, lack of professionalism, and a complete disregard for patient concerns. If you're going to work in healthcare, you should care about people -- not stereotype them based on age, race, or language. This was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
