So I called them right back was put on hold for 5 minutes and then prompted to leave a voicemail message so I did. I never received a call back yesterday from them, then this morning Fiona from Atticus sent me a message asking if I contacted the law firm yet , I replied I will call again and try to contact someone this time, after calling the law firm that was recommended it was honestly just frustrating to speak with Miguel Rosales, I am on a deadline to appeal within the 60 days so I don't have much time left to find an actual law firm that cares about the people and their disabilities, so I said I would just find another law firm since he wanted to go in circles. I have everything as far as medical records and documentation proving my case. I know I have a strong case but finding which attorney is difficult. Rear ended 2x in 6 months, out of work over a year and they couldn't even get the person's responsible insurance to pay medical bills or for my lost time from employment. They suck!
