My attorney Ashley was so lazy that I eventually had to contact her supervisor because she would NEVER return my calls asking for updates on my case. She just kept telling her paralegal to tell me to continue with my PT and doctor visits and don't worry about it. After over a year went by with very little communication from this firm I got a letter from Ashley saying my case was denied by the defendant's insurance company because they alleged my condition was pre-existing. I have physical evidence of prior MRIs of my back showing no pre existing injury but she never bothered to use them. I would've been saddled with thousands in medical and therapy bills had it not been for the fact that I moved to NC following my accident.
