I took the referral thinking that things would be fine but that isn't the case. As of today my phone calls to him asking him to return my call go on without any action. I would think that returning telephones calls would be common courtesy. So it is merely my thought and opinion after meeting with him and providing documentation regarding the matter. A potential client can evaluate the situation on their own merits but I feel a client attorney relationship should be more helpful and professional.

I hired an attorney there to handle my divorce and he had my case for over TWO YEARS and never accomplished one thing on my behalf, however, he DID succeed in billing for fees OVER 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS. He never got temporary maintenance, spousal support, didn't succeed in getting me divorced, and now I supposedly owe the firm all this money!!! This very same lawyer, also did similar to a friend of mine. She got divorced, but lost her business, her house and now owes the firm 50,000.00. Another friend lost her house as well. The lawyer is Nelson Zakia. DO NOT USE HIM. Another unsavory aspect of this whole ordeal is that he would YELL at me in meetings. I'm sure that wouldn't happen if I were a man.

Debra is my minor granddaughters attorney. She has not done her due diligence after requesting…read moremonths of medical documentation from my daughter's physician's and councilors for the past year and NEVER REVIEWED any of it. She has been biased since meeting with my granddaughters FATHER BUT NEVER MET WITH HER MOTHER ( my daughter) ... even after my daughter tried to set it up thru Debra Wilson, her office and my daughter's attorney. How can she even have an UNBIASED OPINION? Debra Wilson has been nonRESPONSIVE with regards to emails sent to verify she RECIEVED correct documents b4 court/mediation, from NOT just my daughter but her councilors and care advocates as well... Its my opinion that she hasn't done her job or her due diligence for my granddaughter and DEFINITELY DOESN'T have HER best interest in mind. She has not taken into accout that my granddaughter has a 15 yr old BROTHER she barely gets to see as well. This is for a modification on visitation. Not CUSTODY.
