Located across from the AAA on Sheridan is a new building. That building houses new local offices of Tulley Rinckey. They practice all sorts of law, but we used them for some trust work. Overall we were very pleased. The results were one trust, new and updated wills and various other legal paperwork related to health care POA and the like. They have a very smooth process here and know how to work it. You meet with the attorney and the rest happens behind the scenes. The first meeting is an hour or so while you discuss your goals and what, if any, trusts may be best for you. Once you decide you get a retainer agreement to sign and return with 50% payment. This is all flat fee work. Costs depends on type of work you need/ decide on. No surprises at the end though. Always a good thing. Your next meeting can either be for paperwork reading and signing or you can request a meeting if you have additional questions etc. They have witnesses in the office and of course a notary as well, so when you are ready to sign it's all easy. Your final payment due at the signing meeting. Their offices are in the back of the building with their own entrance. Signage is not great so drive slowly your first visit or you may miss the turn into the parking lot. Easy parking in private lot. Wheelchair accessible. read more
