He put a lien on a house for us and let it expire so we lost the case. Huge retainer and didn't even give a statement of billing and services. We went to another lawyer to clean up his mess, and the new lawyer charged only a fraction of what Ramos charged. I can't believe he still has a job as a lawyer!!!

I had a SIMPLE case...and he insulted the judge, saying that he didn't think she was right. ..and here's the thing. Whether you think that the judge is wrong, or the attorney thinks that the judge is wrong, is fine. You keep that information to yourself. But he pretty much told her, "Well, I think you're wrong." And I lost my case. He's got a big mouth, he can't control himself under pressure, and I'd stay away from them. I feel like I lost my case because of him and his big, fat mouth.

He knows I have a newborn baby 2 children 3 and 5 with autism my 5 year old had a heart transplant recently and this money was being used to replace our vehicle. We're now with no vehicle and if my money isn't released I'll be without a job or home.
