In an attempt to save our parents home from being taken by the state due to health issues - we were lucky enough to have the money to hire Chuck and save our parents estate from the clutches of the State! This lawyer doesn't just know what he is doing - he teaches it! I believe he might be the best in WNY, but the 4 star rating is because with this expertise comes a very high price. I had a nasty accident. Took many months for me to actually walk post hospitalization. And rehab…read more And lost wages. Came here because they were/are close to home. What an effing stupid choice. Showed up hoping to possible recoup some of my expenditures. Greenan, the elder, has me walk up many stairs to speak to him. He has the cool office and perhaps 30 stairs, old farmhouse. My leg, at this point, looked like a well beaten side of beef. Three times the size of my "good" leg. After I literally crawl up the stairs - for real- he tells me I have no case. I am beaten down. And he was pissy.. Got my butt out of there and called Celllino and Barnes - enough later about them...and have decided to never, ever deal with this local organization. Lesson learned.

The were very transparent and open in their communication, we knew exactly what we needed to do, when we needed to do it... there were no surprises and everything went very smoothly. That was quite the difference from our previous closing experience. To complicate it more, due to my traveling out of state, they worked with me to ensure the timing worked out perfectly for both us and the buyers. Additionally, we chose them is because they were right in our community and are very involved in supporting the community. Overall, I cannot say enough about the Greenan Law offices... they were fantastic, and highly recommended!
