Everyone there was kind and respectful when I went in for a visit. Quick background story is that I have an abscessed molar. This was diagnosed at Three Rivers Community Hospital last week. It's been causing me a LOT of pain despite my high pain threshold. I called La Clinica's Dental Clinic to see about getting in there for an appointment. I was given an appointment ten days out and told it would be $95.00-$150 to be seen. WTF? The clinic gets subsidies! I also spent over an hour on the phone to make that appointment. I'm broke as hell and things are looking pretty bad if it's going to cost this much to be seen. Hey, who needs to buy their kid a Christmas present anyway, right? Then my brother says, "Too bad you can't go to the dentist in Ruch." So I call the dentist in Ruch. The fee to see him is $62.00. His office manager apologizes that they can't see me same day, but their pipes are frozen. Would the next day work? Heck yeah it would! I have been in pain nearly a week now and I'm glad I can be seen so quickly! During my appointment they take an x ray and then the doctor comes in. He remembers me from a single appointment I'd had 20+ years ago when I was a kid. He tells me the tooth needs to be pulled and gets me the price for a simple extraction. He corrects my medication. The PA I saw at TRCH gave me the wrong dose of antibiotics and not enough pain meds for my tooth. Dr. Christofferson solves both of these problems. He's also ticked that I wasn't given enough medicine to ease my pain and gives me a bunch of options to ensure I am as comfortable as possible until my extraction. I go to the lobby to pay for my visit. The office manager says, "You know, all we really did was take an X ray of a tooth problem that you already had diagnosed." She only charges me $16.00 for my short visit that day. I love this place. Believe it or not I look forward to having my tooth pulled. Dr. Christofferson and his staff are wonderful. COOTZ OUT!

I used to be a dental assistant and had never seen a dentist refer out for crowns, so I decided to leave that practice. After some research, I found Dr Ledesma and am so glad that I did. I was on a very tight schedule because I was moving about 4 months later and was in braces that would not be removed till a month before my move date. Dr Ledesma and his staff worked to squeeze me into their busy schedule and he did an amazing job on my crowns! I had put off getting these crowns done for many many years because I was worried about them not turning out good. It is very difficult to get a good match when doing front crowns. Dr. Burch has the gentlest touch when giving shots in the roof of the mouth or the joint of my mouth. I have had both and he's been great. The Dental Hygienists that have worked on my mouth have been really gentle and thorough, too. That's why I've stayed with this group, despite the changes. The people at the front desk and the woman who does the finances is very easy to understand and very careful to explain everything. I am very grateful for the entire office.
