I am so grateful to have found Dr. Kaiser and Summit Family Dental. I'm a bit of a wuss and Dr…read more Kaiser is super patient and kind. Every single staff member I've interacted with has been friendly and accommodating. I'm a wheelchair user and find the office far more navigable than most medical settings. Plus they have SUPER sturdy dental chairs with arms that go down on BOTH sides, which is a rare find -- and absolutely great for higher-weight patients. I can't think of a single way they could improve - they even offer a membership that saves some $$.

I will revise this review once I have my tooth pulled next week. I'm giving Dr. Christofferson and…read morehis staff five stars for being friendly and accommodating. Everyone there was kind and respectful when I went in for a visit. Quick background story is that I have an abscessed molar. This was diagnosed at Three Rivers Community Hospital last week. It's been causing me a LOT of pain despite my high pain threshold. I called La Clinica's Dental Clinic to see about getting in there for an appointment. I was given an appointment ten days out and told it would be $95.00-$150 to be seen. WTF? The clinic gets subsidies! I also spent over an hour on the phone to make that appointment. I'm broke as hell and things are looking pretty bad if it's going to cost this much to be seen. Hey, who needs to buy their kid a Christmas present anyway, right? Then my brother says, "Too bad you can't go to the dentist in Ruch." So I call the dentist in Ruch. The fee to see him is $62.00. His office manager apologizes that they can't see me same day, but their pipes are frozen. Would the next day work? Heck yeah it would! I have been in pain nearly a week now and I'm glad I can be seen so quickly! During my appointment they take an x ray and then the doctor comes in. He remembers me from a single appointment I'd had 20+ years ago when I was a kid. He tells me the tooth needs to be pulled and gets me the price for a simple extraction. He corrects my medication. The PA I saw at TRCH gave me the wrong dose of antibiotics and not enough pain meds for my tooth. Dr. Christofferson solves both of these problems. He's also ticked that I wasn't given enough medicine to ease my pain and gives me a bunch of options to ensure I am as comfortable as possible until my extraction. I go to the lobby to pay for my visit. The office manager says, "You know, all we really did was take an X ray of a tooth problem that you already had diagnosed." She only charges me $16.00 for my short visit that day. I love this place. Believe it or not I look forward to having my tooth pulled. Dr. Christofferson and his staff are wonderful. COOTZ OUT!

For a small business they really do try to manage the large amount of clients as quickly and efficiently as they can. And yes, sometimes they run a little behind, but that only shows that if you are in the chair and things do not go as planned that he is willing to take the time necessary to properly fix the issue. My mother-in-law, husband, kids, and myself think highly of this place. Truly a great dentistry for all ages - making a great place for all to get solid dental work done in our small town.

I love that they were able to show me what they would be doing, from the 3D x-rays to the making of my crowns. I love they were concerned for my comfort and that I was aware and comfortable with what they were going to do, BEFORE they did anything. The final stage was sending me home with excellent verbal instructions (repeated to me at least 3 times so I would remember) of what to do for sore gums, types of food to eat and avoid for the next few days, and if I needed an adjustment to call right away. I can honestly say my gums around the the crowns were tender, but not sore and I am so very pleased with the end results! It made me a little sad to think, I'd only see these wonderful people only 2 times a year. For me that is a first. Love my forever dentist and staff!

I have never had a filling and intuitively felt off when Dr Hill who is personable and has a beautiful office, great staff etc recommended a filling saying "he could not see the tooth well enough in the X-ray to be certain" but would make me an appointment for the filling. I used to be a dental assistant and had never seen a dentist refer out for crowns, so I decided to leave that practice. After some research, I found Dr Ledesma and am so glad that I did. Dr Ledesma and his staff worked to squeeze me into their busy schedule and he did an amazing job on my crowns! I had put off getting these crowns done for many many years because I was worried about them not turning out good. It is very difficult to get a good match when doing front crowns.
