What left a very poor taste in my mouth was the unbelievably poor treatment from the manager, Sarah. I checked out with a gift card and she was very confused by how to use a gift card in their system (which is fine, I was being very patient) but she was SO rude to me in the process and made it out like it was my fault she didn't know how to use their computer system-- I've honestly never gotten worse treatment at an establishment. Ultimately, I would not recommend this place because of its shitty management and honestly all of the fragrances sort of smell the same at the end.

The gondola I was looking at was not organized in accordance to Shade & tester. I said no I don't need help it's just a little messy, but I can mange. I COMPLETELY understand not all Sephoras can be tidy at all times. But I TRULLY could manage and wanted no help. It seemed as though me saying it was "messy" triggered him and took it personal. He actually then steps in attempting to help me on what I was looking for in a certain shade range and he was trying to guide me for the medium darker tones, when it was NOT what I was looking for . I asked how long it would take to get my new dress, and she said about 2 weeks. I can hardly wait.
