I came in looking for a hot air brush that I saw was on sale. Well, I went to another Sally's and it was on sale there, but sold out. I came here to look for it, and they had it, but it wasn't marked as a sale item. Kind of odd, considering it on sale online AND at another store. Oh well. I wasn't concerned enough to ask about it. I would go back if I was in the area and really needed something, but I'll probably stick to purchasing online.

I went in with positive expectations, but unfortunately the visit did not meet the level of service I was hoping for. While the technical work may have been acceptable, the overall interaction felt impersonal and lacked the attentiveness and care that make clients feel welcome and valued. When someone chooses a stylist based on a trusted recommendation, customer service becomes just as important as the haircut itself. I hope management takes this feedback constructively and reinforces how important communication, warmth, and professionalism are to the client experience.
