I knew it was inevitable when we decided to sell our house, however. I did a home estimate thing on some website and they spammed me David's info. We had seen him in our neighborhood holding up traffic from jaywalking previously (busted!), so we were pretty sure we didn't want to use him. For the sake of my sanity and wanting more than anything to not "shop" around, I answered his spammy phone call. Turns out he's a nice guy with a great sense of humor. He's got selling houses down to a science and is very good at what he does. Our house was sold quickly and easily. We listened to all of his advice, and he was able to get us more than we anticipated and faster. He is absolutely the best recommendation I can give for a realtor.

I accidentally " found" Cindee through her feature home of the week. I called her, we talked, and we set an appointment to meet to see that particular home and a few others. Before the actual appointment, I was so impressed that she sent me a comprehensive video of the home and its neighborhood. She wants you to be happy with not only the home but the neighborhood and the amenities. She amazed me with her ability to remember even little details of what I was looking for. Although, that ended up to not be the home for me, she also did this on several other occasions, and one of those did end up being my future new home. It has also been the video that my friends and family have seen , and almost everyone has commented on the time and personal care she took to show me homes. This was a very difficult time to visit homes because of the COVID 19 virus, but Cindee made it easy, all the while strictly and professionally following the guidelines for showing me different properties. Booties, gloves, and a mask were provided for me, even though I did have my own. She always had the waivers ready for me to sign, which was necessary to view homes. Now for the transaction itself.....I was given a plan each week of what was going to be done and what to expect. It was updated at the beginning of each week. She suggested a new lender when mine was unable to follow through with an appropriate timeline. She was always available and easy to contact. This kept me on track, and eased my anxiety ..because after all nobody can say that buying a house is easy.. with Cindee it was! I would highly recommend Cindee Williams..a consummate professional and an outstanding member of her community. I am forever grateful. Thank you, Cindee! Mary Wood Future new resident of Temecula!

STAY AWAY from Melissa Robinson if you want a professional, reliable and trustworthy property…read moremanager. I did not choose her as my property manager. She got my business because my previous agent left the property management business and I am an out-of-town landlord. So many irresponsible things she did when she was my property manager - I don't know where to begin. As an example, she did not take care of my property at all. When the tenants reported a pipe leak in the house, she called to inform me (this part is good). But then she signed a bunch of paperwork with the contractors/plumbers without informing me, and then took off to Hawaii for vacation. I was left chasing the contractors and tenants to understand what exactly was going on. I requested a backup agent in her office to check on the house but she declined. So I had to find a local agent myself to check on the house. Needless to say, I later found out a bunch of paperwork she signed with the plumbers/contractors and had to deal with insurance and plumbers all by myself. She was no help at all. I should have taken her to court if I had the time.

She was amazing throughout the entire process of selling our previous home in Camarillo, and purchasing our new home in Temecula. She listened to what we wanted, and she never forgot it. She was patient, honest, ethical, and always highly professional. As long as Lori is selling real estate, we will never use anyone else! Now for the long review. We met Lori about two years ago when we began looking to relocate from Camarillo to the Temecula area. We found her simply by luck, and quickly realized she was an amazing real estate agent. From the beginning, Lori listened carefully to what we were looking for, and never seemed to forget our goals. When we were finally ready to sell our home in Camarillo, Lori pre-screened other agents in the area to help us find the right realtor to sell our home. After meeting with a few local agents, we found ourselves disappointed at the value they were putting on our home. We felt that they were looking for the quick sale, and not concerned about getting its true value. We talked to Lori about this, and she decided to make the three hour drive to Camarillo to evaluate our home in person. She spent an entire day going through other homes in our area. After spending the entire day researching the area, she agreed that our home was worth more. She actually offered to list our home in Camarillo for more than the local agents valued it for, and sold it for nearly full price to the first couple that viewed it. After Lori successfully closed the escrow on our previous home, she continued to spend months showing us homes in the Temecula area. We started to feel bad because we were very picky, and just didn't seem to find the right home quickly. Lori never got frustrated or impatient. She kept us informed about new listings that met our criteria, and was always eager to show them to us. After working with us for over a year, we finally decided to make an offer on a home that checked most of the boxes we were looking for. Interestingly enough, it was one of the first homes Lori showed us a year before. Yes... it was still on the market a year later after multiple price reductions! Obviously not one of Lori's listings! We made an offer that was significantly lower that the asking prices. Lori presented the offer to the seller's agent, and noted all of the reasons why the home was worth much less than it was listed for. After a minor counter offer, she successfully made us homeowners in Temecula. We had a 10 day escrow, and it went off without a hitch. Needless to say we couldn't be happier with Loris patience, honesty, and expertise. She is fun, professional, and ethical, and you simply won't find a better Real Estate Agent. Thank you Lori for everything you have done for us!

Being the buyer you would think my interests as the buyer would be better represented by my realtor, Lori. I received my property in terrible condition with junk left behind. Lori comes across as a personable person but I was not impressed with my experience with her. I got the "used car salesperson" rhetoric from her. I regret my decision to use her to represent me in this transaction. Lori said I would be receiving impeccable service but this did not happen! Beware of this realtor! She may promise you things and never deliver the service you deserve!

For almost a month we knew when the home would close escrow and I made my plans accordingly to make it as smooth as possible, especially for me who works 40+ hours. I had ordered a POD a week before close date to load up and have it delivered. Well, a week before closing I was hit with I wouldn't be able to move in because the sellers would still be in the home. Lytle tried to say his sellers had 5 days to stay in the property but there was no paperwork. His reason was that his sellers were old and their moving truck wasn't scheduled until 3 days after closing. Then we said we would get legal involved and his answer was that by the time legal gets involved his sellers would be out of the house. Mind you I have already scheduled days off work, my wife had already scheduled days off work to move and we have a 7 year old that had to be taken out of one school district to another. Then I decided I'm fine we will give the 3 days if we can drop our POD, since it was already scheduled to be delivered to the new address. The sellers agreed to that. We sent out the form agreeing to the 3 day extension and a prorate of how much it would cost us for those three days. They never signed the form and the night before the POD was to be delivered, they said it cannot go in the driveway. Something they had agreed to verbally. So because there was no way to stop the delivery they had to store the POD at their facility. That brought me to the fact that once escrow closed, the sellers had no right to the property. Despite the fact the sellers had their property in the house and possession of the house keys still, brought me to the only recourse that I was going to park my vehicles on the driveway. That was because the only signed contract was that they had until 5pm on the day of the close of escrow to be in the home. Thankfully it never got to that point and my POD was able to get delivered and I received the prorate of my mortgage for 3days, along with the fee I was charged to store the POD at their facility. That don't excuse the fact that he was willing to break a contract because he messed up by not securing extra days his seller could be in the home. Had that been in the front end I could have planned accordingly. That was something I did upon the sale of my house and something that is easily worked around.
