It was by mere luck that I found The Grooming Shop. Our normal go to facility has limited hours…read morethat conflict with the hours I am free. I just needed a quick nail trim for my girl and you wouldn't imagine how hard it is to find a groomer open after 4p on a Monday. In my search, I found The Grooming Shop, called and she was still open and willing to take us as a walk-in. My dog is dog shy and she doesn't do well to dogs walking up face first. I shared that with the groomer and she happily accommodated by getting her tools and taking care of us in the lobby. She not only cut but also filed her nails. Was careful, kind and handled my Minnie well. I wish I would have got the groomers name but I didn't. I just want to say Thank you again! It was really important to get this taken care of today. I appreciate your willingness to see us on such short notice. I recommend this facility for your pet grooming needs.

I just adopted a Siberian Husky, Lillie, from the Humane Society. We do not know much about her first 3 years but it is clear there is trauma and she bites when she is afraid. Amber has been so helpful and supportive through all of this and encouraging me to keep working with her and giving me useful advise. I am so thankful. I have only had Lillie for 2 months and she is not yet ready for something as intimate as a bath and grooming. Amber has been so thoughtful and treated Lillie so respectfully through this process. I cannot say enough positive things about her work and how she truly takes good care of our fur babies.

I love that I always call ahead and they state to "come on in." It's usually for a nail trim and I'm in and out. They have been gracious in the past with Rosie to not charge anything due to only the declaws needing a trim and I was sure to tip them. With Bambino having black nails I'm sure to reach out. This time I thought to ask to throw on a quick eye area trimming (since he's a white maltipoo). And that with the nails was may $10. Quite a great deal. I appreciate them for accomodating me and all of my doggies in the past. Super thankful for this salon!

Barks NV Salon & Spa in Sparks is great…read more Lexi who was out front attending to customers needs and checking in our pets was kind, courteous and professional from start to finish. We took our two small fur babies Tokyo and Delilah in for cuts. They're a bit older, Delilah has lymphomas and Tokyo can be aggressive around other dogs, but in her hands along with the rest of the staff, they're were calm and friendly and their cuts looked great, very well balanced across their bodies maintaining a subtle fluffiness we like our dogs to have. They're reasonably priced and tips for their staff are deserved. Five stars--highly recommended. Call ahead to book!

I recently had my golden retriever groomed, and I was honestly pretty nervous going into it because…read moreshe tends to get anxious easily. But from the moment Nina arrived, she completely put both of us at ease. The fact that she's a mobile groomer and came directly to our home made the entire experience so much easier and more comfortable--it truly took the stress out of everything. Nina was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making my dog feel safe. One thing I especially appreciated was how thoughtful she was, she even let my dog, Dutton, keep her favorite toy with her during the appointment, which made such a big difference in helping her stay calm. I can't express enough how much I appreciated the level of care and compassion Nina showed. She really went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful for the experience she provided. I will absolutely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares.

Vanina showed up right on time as scheduled, she was so nice, professional, and clearly loves animals. Our dogs were so happy when they were done which is always a telling sign for me because that's what truly says if the person is nice to them. They were groomed beautifully, smelled great, and had the cutest bandanas. Her prices are affordable and on point with the market except the plus is she comes to you! After the appointment she sent us the cutest picture of all the dogs. We will definitely be a regular client!

The front yard was swept and cleaned up. The smell was great. Smelled like fabuloso super fresh!!! Things like that stand out tremendously to me. I completely recommend them.
