WOW.... there are a couple of good reasons this is done online and in advance! There are a lot of questions asked about the patient's medical history for which it's best to allow time for either reflection or to ask family member members for help. Another is to sit with a list of medications, dosage, and frequency to give the doctor a good, all-around view of your health conditions. It took me a couple of sessions - just information gathering - to complete it fully. This is is only a preview of things to come. Dr. Lala himself has a very calming and reassuring demeanor. He immediately put my mind at ease by asking me what was making me nervous and addressed it right then. During this first visit, it was very clear he is extremely thorough. He asked A TON of questions but, at no point, did I feel judged in any way. As a plus-size woman, menopausal woman, this was a HUGE relief.
