Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.

Unhappy Customer - Very disappointed with this service. I moved from out of region (Indiana to West…read morePoint) but wanted to use a local company. During in the process of the move my wardrobe boxes that contained all of my clothes were somehow lost. I contacted Arnoff and was was told to file a claim. The claim then went through a claim agency and a lowball settlement amount was offered. In researching the next steps to appeal the settlement I discovered it would have only prolonged the time and cost me more money. I would have my claim sent to an arbitrator and that would have wanted receipts for my clothing items. Who has receipts for all the items in their closet? It's a racket designed to protect the moving companies. I sent numerous emails and did receive one from one of the Arnoff family members however it was just lip service in the end. I reluctantly accepted the settlement offer which was substantially below any numerical value to replace my entire closet. I sent a final email asking them to give the service one would expect from a local company and the human touch but never heard back. They came highly recommended and I have shared my story with other friends and voiced me frustrations. I can say that I will advise anyone moving to the area to use another company.

The things I could say negatively about this company would take all day, so in the interest of…read morebrevity I'll try to consolidate the review. I worked at Box and Roll for the better part of a year, so I can tell you what to expect if youre a customer and if youre looking for a job. As a customer I would never have this company pack my house. Ive seen what goes into it. Most of their employees have no idea what they're doing and your items will get trashed. Normally they are going to send 1 person who kind of knows how to be a mover, and a bunch of really green employees that (as you will immediately see) have no idea what they're doing. Some will be drunk, some will be worse. Not to get into it too much, but it's all prevalent and ignored by the people running the company. Now...as a worker I will just explain my last month and why I had to quit. First of all, safety is out the window. They will ask you constantly to do things that are not in the best interest of the customer or the workers. Last month I was asked to drive long distance without a license (as I have had to do many times) while the owner knew that the other person working with me was an alcoholic who was going to have open containers in the vehicle and had a habit of getting obliterated on the job. (Btw, not the safest way to carry heavy furniture down steps) Then, for the last few months we've had a truck that leaks and smokes badly at the brakes (Ive got videos and proof that we told them about it for months) and that was the truck that they'd throw your stuff in, knowing it would likely get wet, and then send us 1000s of miles in that smoking truck with bad brakes. More recently the entire moving team was on a 3 day job where animal feces and mold were very prevalent (have all the pics for inquiring minds) and they didnt even get us masks or gloves. The entire team was sick for the following days. On top of that, they developed an app that half the employees couldnt use. I never once had the option to clock in and my checks were incorrect often. By the end, I was receiving messages on my days off about things that didnt pertain to me and I was constantly stressed out because of their lack of organization. Again, there are soooo many more issues with this place, and the labor department is being brought up to speed. Until they are forced to change, however, I would steer clear.

They scheduled a zoom/facetime walk-thru of my apartment to see what I needed and to give me a better quote. I had started packing already and got all my own boxes so it was easy to see what I had left. What I really liked was the 'no BS' hidden fees. It was one price that wouldn't change, no matter the hours or added last minute box. Of course my move was scheduled and it had to snow. Thankfully this didn't stop them. 4 guys showed up right on time (during a snow storm on a friday morning rush hour in the city). They walked thru and got a game plan, then brought up all the blankets and plastic wrap and got to work. TVs were dismounted and put in boxes, mattresses were put in boxes as well. The amount of blankets they used to wrap my furniture made me so happy. While they took their time, they were still hustling - running from the truck to the apartment. Once we got to my new place, they covered my stairs with runners and wore plastic booties to ensure my floors weren't messed up. I wish I had bought the wall mount for my TVs for my new place, because they offered to set me up. The only thing I was disappointed about was that my couch didn't fit thru the garage entry so it was left in the garage. I wish they had tried thru the front door but they were adamant that it still wouldn't fit. After 7 hours, I wasn't going to push them. Regardless, would 100% recommend Veterans Movers and also hope Roadway doesn't ruin this small-business. I wish I could remember the 4 guys that helped me move to give them a shoutout! Thx!!!

They even put up a website to explain why you need to give that much tip. do the movers get a restaurant wait staff salary? i gave a $440 tip. they certainly didn't deserve it.
