Second season using this company and it is our last season. Paid to have pool opened and the chlorinator was leaking after they left. It just so happened that there was a new screw laying next to the chlorinator. They never bothered to say anything to us and just plugged the hole which only lasted a week. Still unsure why they left the new screw laying there? When we brought the situation to their attention - they totally denied it as if we would just decide to change all the screws in our chlorinator?? All they had to do was admit the error and fix it. Instead they denied it and EVERYONE at the store including the owner became nasty and dismissive. Whatever happened to quality business?? You wont find it here and you'll harrassed while you pay your bill. read more

Spring 2020 Christian installed a pool liner, many add-ons pertaining to the liner AND a Pentair Pool Pump. The installation went seemingly well, besides the fact that Christian will just show up to your home unannounced and enter your yard without knocking on your door to let you know he's on your property. Strange. Anyway.... Fast forward to Spring 2021 and 2 weeks into running our new pump and it's needed repair 2xs! Christian will not come by and repair or even look at the pump! Wants to charge me $170 to come out! This is covered under warranty!!! His customer service is horrible, and he does not stand by his work! If it's not a buck in his pocket he's not interested! Stay away from Him if you want a reliable company who will take care of you AFTER he's been paid! read more

I've been using this company since 2001 and all I can say are good things. We don't have a fancy in ground pool, but regardless, when I take my water in for them to analyze and balance, they get it done the first time and they get it done right. I've tried several places and none of them has done right by me. They use top notch chemicals and I will admit some of their items are bit pricey but if you want cheap pool toys, then go to Kmart. read more

I have been a customer of theirs for several years now and after this year I am done! I paid to have my pool opened Middle of May...they didn't do it until June! Then it took weeks for them to clear up the pool to even be swimmable. Even that took constant phone calls and arguments. My normal maintenance day is supposed to be Thursday's. Well here I sit on Friday night with no service and a dirty pool. They can't even try to lie and tell me they vacuumed. The office staff is generally nice but the owner Christian always has an attitude and is always rude (even to his employees). I called earlier to find out if they were even going to be coming out tonight and they were supposed to call back with an answer. Well no phone call and now the office is closed surprise surprise. This is the closest pool place to my house. They recently moved and the new location is across the street from the old one. Make sure if you're having a problem with pool/hot tub chemicals to bring a sample of water with you. They will test it and tell you what you need to put in to regulate it. They also stock a lot of standard sized filters and other supplies for hot tubs and TONS of pool toys! read more

If only I can give less than 1 star. There are other honest pool company owners out there in this town. Supposedly the owner showed up to install a $3000 saltwater system while I wasn't home meanwhile he never even told me he was coming that day. Matter of fact, he never even called me from my house or after leaving my house. I only noticed it was moved around when I got home from work. I never signed off on it. Charged me and the system does not work. Owner ignored phone calls, texts and has not come by since May to make it work right. Do not use this company. Update Summer 2017. 2 years later I got a call back. Leah said the salt cell was still under warranty and they would work to get a new salt cell for us. I'm glad CP is working on their customer service. They did replace the salt cell and it is now working. Thank you for making it right. read more

Awful customer service!!!!! Kept charging me hundreds of dollars on chemicals with zero improvement in pool clarity.. there response, "it takes time". After a MONTH with ZERO improvement they come out to do service and make the pool conditions even worse than what it started as and continued to charge me and just stopped showing up because they had NO CLUE WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND LEFT ME WITH A SWAMP!!!!! Worst pool company ever. I've used them for several years only because they were the only company who would install the solar heater I wanted. Always had issues with them, but this time takes the cake. When they closed my pool in September they didn't blow out the lines properly. Today I went to start up the system and they left chlorine and water in the chlorinator!!! I almost passed out from the fumes. There, also, was water bubbling up from a broken pipe in the ground. I have no doubt it will take them weeks, if not months, to fix. If they even bother at all. Do yourself a favor and stay away. FAR AWAY!!!! read more

I have to agree with what Christian S. said. Horrible job opening my pool. I feel like I was hosed down instead of my pool! Sales staff told me that pool guys would brush down pool and check for leaks in lining since I had not opened my pool for a year. As far brushing down the pool, never happened. Also they started the pump up but had no clue that the pool level was above skimmer so.. needless to say no pump action. They also did not bother to hook up flush drain. Simple fix but still the kind of things you expect when you pay someone to "open your pool". Also witnessed the rudeness a lot of people are talking about here. If I could give less than one star I would. Stay away! read more

You get what you pay for. Their prices for opening the pool were reasonable so we gave them a shot. You can tell they don't care at all. We need a new mesh cover and vinyl liner sooner than later yet they rushed through opening the pool and did a sloppy job. They left hoses out across the yard, didn't install all the eyeballs in returns, didn't install the covers on the railing so it needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled, they left the heater running, and didn't scrub the water line. They called regarding the water test and I explained I was upset about their sloppy work, which the girl on the phone said she'd relay to the owner, however he must have felt it didn't warrant a phone call back. I'll go else where for future service and I suggest you do too. read more

Do not use these guys--beware!!! They charge you and the pool service guys don't even show up, but they tell you they did show up! The people that work in the office are very rude and incompetent. They had no authorization to close my pool, yet they came to try and close it. Also, pool service guys are told what chemicals to put in the pool by the people in the office irrespective of what the actual water test says on site. They throw shock in when you don't even need it. Terrible! read more

This company was hired to open my boyfriends pool at 11 am on a Saturday. They showed up at 3 pm with no phone call or apology, did a terrible job, left a huge mess and one specific employee was found lurking around the front of the house toying with the front door. When my boyfriend saw him he confronted him and the employee went back to work. The next day, my boyfriend came home to find screw driver marks on the front door by the bolt, kick marks and upon further investigation by POLICE pry bar marks were found. Very sad that this company cannot be trusted! They have still not returned his calls about the horrible customer service and shady employees. Do not use! read more

Same story as the rest of the reviews. They NEVER answer the phone or call back. I've called countless times and visited twice and still no return call. Paid for an opening and filter service on 5-31. Still doesn't work. They also overcharged me by $75. They screwed me last year by taking my personal equipment and never returned it. After 3 weeks of raising hell they finally replaced it. Stupidly I gave them a second chance. Bad move. Only the owner knows anything about pools and he is totally non-responsive. Do Not USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! It started at the beginning when Christian, the owner, did not show up for first consultation and blamed it on his office staff. We thought he was sincere with apologies and promises, so we gave him another chance. It has been nothing but trouble from the beginning. The plumber and mason were fine, no problems with them. Things on the pool end, stuff is not working properly and still aren't. He never answers our phone calls, yet he would call us and leave vulgar,nasty and wacky messages. The last straw was when he himself showed up to close up pool and install winter cover. He drilled into cement and cracked and ruined cement. He said someone would be by to fix and that never and probably will never happen. We dont want this man on our property, that is how bad he is. BEWARE!!! read more
