I flew to Miami to meet up with a friend. As we were celebrating a special occasion, I found it fit to gift this person something great. Louboutin is what came to mind, and I found this store not far from my hotel. I drove to the arts district, and found parking a few blocks away from the storefront. After navigating here, I entered this nicely organized 2-story shop. The customer service reps welcomed me warmly, and I proceeded to tell them what I was looking for. While they gift wrapped the shoes that I was buying, I chatted with the associated for a bit. They told me that this store is the biggest Louboutin store in the US. The first floor is for ladies wear, and the second floor is for the gentlemen. Since I've ordered on the Louboutin website before, they were able to see that I'm a repeat customer. My checkout was seamless, and I made my way back to the car thereafter. This store is nice. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the surrounding area is decent. If you're looking to buy a nice gift for a special someone, this is most definitely a great option. read more

The store is beautiful and well curated, no argument there. They even carry special items that are only sold in select CL boutiques, and the Design District is apparently one of the chosen few. Now for the absurdity. They enforce a strict limit on how many people can be inside, so you wait outside to be admitted. Annoying, but fine. Then once you're let in, the guy at the door locks you inside. Yes, locks you inside. That is where this experience goes from luxury to full-blown nightmare fuel. This cannot possibly be safe. God forbid something happens to the door attendant, or there's a mechanical failure, or any kind of emergency while you're trapped inside a locked store. That is not exclusive. That is not chic. That is not luxury. That is anxiety on red carpet. Nothing about being locked in makes me want to whip out a credit card and buy a pair of shoes. Quite the opposite. It makes me want to leave immediately, which ironically you can't do without permission. The sales associates are nice enough. Not rude, not warm, just kind of there. Polite but oddly detached, which tracks with the whole vibe. I won't be going back. I'll stick to buying my CLs the old fashioned way at department stores, where I can walk in freely, walk out freely, and no one is playing luxury hostage behind me with a lock and key. read more

Outrageously fun shoe boutique in the Design District. I stopped in to get a gift for a work colleague, BUT whoa, at these prices I got her a gift certificate for a portion of shoes. Odd humor: the salesperson thought I was a drag queen shopping for myself, and started explaining special orders on very large sizes. We both had a good laugh, and she couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. The store itself is a beautiful space. It's located in the heart of the Miami Design District. This used to be a neighborhood of derelict warehouses but these days it's the Land of Thousand Dollar Shoes. The shoes here are astoundingly beautiful. Guy's shoes almost never break the $500 mark, but these pumps almost always do. This is what I get for asking about the red soles of her high heels, but not asking the prices. They quickly explained to me that since I bought them online, I couldn't exchange in the store which was crazy to me. But! They still helped me try on several different heel styles and sizes to make sure that when I do order online, I'd know which ones I wanted. They were very polite, patient and went out of their way to help me. The store is gorgeous, the staff is very nice. Absolute great location. Buyer beware! I purchased a pair of Asteroispikes heels from this store in January. It was shipped to us in Atlanta where we live. I tried them on for the first time on March 18 (it was sitting on my shoe rack in the meantime untouched), just walking around the house in them. After just that short time, after walking only in the house, there was already scuffing on the bottom and a bubble was forming. In addition, the red sole was peeling in several areas. Clearly this was a defective shoe ($1000 shoes should obviously last a lot longer than this). I have owned shoes for years that were a fraction of this cost that are still in use. Unfortunately, it gets worse. Given the brand name Louboutin has, I would have thought getting someone to help with the issue would have been fairly simple. Unfortunately despite trying to reach the manager of the boutique for weeks, we have yet to receive correspondence back. Clearly they have no problems selling defective products at crazy prices but have no intention of backing it up with good customer service. If you want good products and quality customer service, look elsewhere. read more

I was at this store a few days ago and I had the worst experience ever and to make matter worst, it was from a lady store manager. I've been shopping at this store for a while and I always had a good experience with any sale rep that helped me.. I had an issue and instead of listening and understanding my complaint she was being very passive aggressive with an attitude and very unprofessional.. I had a friend of mine that also had a bad experience with her which she told me that because of her she stop going to that store.. Just move out of Beverly Hills to Brickell and I'm loving my new home.. went shopping in the design district last week and it's very beautiful and well protected.. my only problem was the stores I went to the staffs were rushy and rude and no one greets you, from the security to the sales reps.. but when I went to purchase some Louboutin o my god the store was clean, smell great and the set up was beautiful.. the staff in there was very nice and my sale rep Johanna o my god was the best and knows her shoes.. even the security Ace was very sharp well mannered and attentive and helpful by telling me which places to go to eat and where to go to enjoy myself into my new city.. I was in there earlier today and the store manager Anthony took care of me and I mean he took care of me .. he took me to other stores in the design district to make sure I choose the right fit for Floyd Mayweather big birthday event. To start... I called on a Monday to get documentation sent to purchase shoes in the store.... I then called Tuesday as I didn't receive it. Wednesday same deal. Soo I showed up Saturday and that's where it got worse. The sales clerk brought my my size 47 shoes, and when they didn't fit he was no where to be found and no one else helped. Just left the Christian Louboutin store. I received poor service from one of the sales people. A similar couple of a different race that arrived after us was in the store sitting right across from us and received good service. Interesting enough we were both celebrating our birthdays and our partners were getting us shoes to celebrate. Our salesperson disappeared and did not come back to check on us nor did he offer any feedback, yet he offered the other couple feedback although he wasn't servicing them. As luck would have it, she was able to locate my size and shipped them out to me right away. I have since purchased multiple pieces from Johanna. She always checks in with me when new styles arrive and she always remembers my particular styles, size, and tastes. Since I am not able to try on any of the shoes I've purchased, Johanna is very helpful with measurements and videos of products to assist in purchasing the correct size. Yesterday around 2 o'clock in the afternoon I went to the store located on the design district Miami Florida to change a pair of shoes that my partner gave me for Valentine's Day unfortunately I couldn't even get inside the store because the guy that was checking in the customers to get inside told me that if I was going to change or return my order has to be online. And asking nicely if I could I go inside the store to see some other models that I might like and he told me that it was no one in the store to take care of me. I saw a lot of people inside the store been taken care of but he told me again that he had nobody at that moment to take care of me. As a customer that I spend thousands of dollars on that store I felt that I was nothing not even a human most likely I thought I was an animal and I had to say it nicely OK thank you very much have a good day and go back home. I bought a pair of shoes at this location a few months ago. Upon putting them on for the first time(in my home), I realized I could never walk around in them ,as they were waay too uncomfortable. I returned them to the store, kept the shipping confirmation and followed up with the store to ensure they recevied them, which they did. i was advised my refudnw as being processed. Almost 1 month later, when I realized the refund never happened, I contacted the store. I was told they didnt submit the refund bc they thought the shoes had been worn. When asked why they didnt call me, or try to reach me to discuss this, they had no answer. THE SHOES WERE NOT WORN BTW!! But they didnt try to call me, send me the shoes back, or anything. Apparently they just decided to keep the shoes and keep my money...wtf?? Teh manager that last time i called, said she would email me proof of the refund...she never did of course. I contacted my bank and charged back the credit card. Ive also since made many more attempts to contac the store and Ive left messages. Nobody has returned my calls. BEWARE!! UPDATE*** I was contacted by management at this location, very soon after posting this review. Allison was very professional and apologetic for any miscommunication that may have occurred. THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FROM HELL. I bought shoes as a surprise for my daughter's mother birthday which lives in Canada. When the shoes were purchased this store did not have the correct size in stock therefore assistant manager Edgar said they will send a courier from their warehouse to deliver it at my business the next day. When the package arrived at my business, I immediately shipped it to Canada. I received a call the same day the shoes were delivered to her in Canada that the shoes appear worn. She sent pictures immediately. I was at disbelief that this could happen at a high end store. When I received the pictures, I called the store immediately to informed them that they have sold me worn shoes. When the shoes arrived back to me, I brought them back to the store with my receipt. I was really upset because Edgar initially refused to exchange the worn shoes he had sold me. After insinuating I will elevate this issue to Corporate Office he exchanged the worn shoes he had sold me. While I was about to walk out of the door after the shoes were exchanged, I realized on my receipt the shoes were exchanged for a half size bigger. At that time, I remembered my daughter's mother saying if I can get half size bigger than do so. While about to leave, I cordially thanked Edgar for exchanging it to a half size bigger because I had forgotten to ask that while he debated with me about exchanging the shoes. With my final receipt in my hand, Edgar said that he cannot give me a half size bigger...he has to exchange for the same size. I could not understand why when they are all the same price, and it was not company policy to exchange for same size. Didn't understand why I was treated that way. He then walked away from me without explanation for 20 minutes, I stood there patiently. With my receipt in my hand, I decided to leave because I was in-between work and waited so long....also didn't know what I was waiting for. When I walked out, Edgar came after me and asked me to come back in. I said, ok let's go back in, but I want my refund since he doesn't agree with exchanging for the half size bigger and not giving me an explanation. When I walked into the store, he said he will call SECURITY and also said he will NOT REFUND my money. I immediately said I will call the POLICE and I did. The police came in immediately and I explained what had happened. After hearing Edgars side of the story as well, the police officer was puzzled and asked what is the problem with the customer having the half size bigger and again, he couldn't answer. The officer said they cannot enforce the store to refund my money. I said I don't have an issue, I have my receipt in hand and I was out of the door with my exchanged merchandise and Edgar came after me. I want to leave and be left alone without Edgar harassing me about the exchange. The police officer told Edgar the transaction was already complete and he cannot stop me from leaving with my merchandise. Please be careful where you spend your money. NO BUSINESS SHOULD GET AWAY WITH TREATING A CUSTOMER THAT WAY. I will never buy there again and I have filed a complaint to Corporate Office. read more
