The PT person Sue, is a very good listener, and has even advocated on my behalf for new footwear to correct my gait and help in wound healing. I have also interacted with Kim on multiple occasions as well, and she took us caring and understanding. Would recommend this business to anyone that needs home health care assistance.

Apria is a horrible company to deal with. They are not concerned about the client and just what is…read morebest for them. When trying to communicate with them it takes multiple phone calls and people to get anything accomplished. They consistently fax us information for the wrong requested resident. When calling them you have to wait on hold for over 20 minutes with every communication. Also they refuse to provide liquid oxygen which is easier for our residents to self manage and carry than the large e/d-tanks. Apria's communication is poor. They also stated they would deliver oxygen to our resident within the next two hours and then did not deliver oxygen for over 2 days without communicating with facility.

i have used CareLink Nursing twice for short term in-home care following surgery. The nurses and…read moretherapists have been excellent both times - caring knowledgeable, helpful. But I unfortunately cannot say the same for their administrative and billing. Disorganized and sloppy, and worst of all, cost me money. I would advise everyone to keep their own records of all visits and conversations and discharge dates. Much better than spending hours on the phone afterwards, trying to sort things out with your insurance company.
