Recently, I've been getting into designer bags and you know you need Dior in your collection. Since we don't have a Dior store here in Seattle and I knew that we'd be going to Vegas, I called the store and asked if they had the 2 in 1 Montaigne pouch in stock. Olga, the SA who answered the phone, told me that they have a few but in case they ran out, I should just call or text her a few days before my flight. I did text her and asked her to reserve one for me and she did! She was out when I got to the store but one of the managers helped me with my purchase. They were all so friendly and they let me look at their other bags without making me feel weird. They also answered all of my questions about the designs I was looking for. When I get my second Dior, if I'm in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to go back here! read more

I knew I was coming to Vegas with the intent of purchasing a specific bag. I contacted Sal at Dior Bellagio. He was spectacular with service. Any questions or concerns were answered. He was amazing! Definitely will be my go to person anytime I'm in Vegas! Thank him you Sal. read more

I love coming to the Dior @ Bellagio especially since that is where Tina is at. I will follow her anywhere. She is so nice, friendly and helpful. And she never pressures me to buy anything that I'm not in love with. and I truly appreciate her even more for that! read more

All the staff here were wearing face coverings and sanitizing counters, merchandise and seating after every customer. My wife loves this designer and I love making her happy so she picked out a bag and 2 bracelets that she liked. Prices are in line with the quality you get with these items. There was a lady ( I think the manager) that was very nice and informative besides the associate that helped us out. Great customer service, clean store, and very good attitudes. Parking is OK but not the greatest. Lots of customers with bad attitudes so I commend the staff for putting up with this. I wouldn't. The Security was respectful and not rude either. read more

My husband bought me 2022 Valentine's gift and our anniversary gift from Dior. He knew we will be spending Feb,March and April in Taiwan. He also knows I am very particular with my gifts. The sales LIED to my husband and assured him that he could exchange these gifts in Taiwan. He also guided my husband into buying the exact same watch for me with a different face. I did NOT like both gift. For a rose gold bracelet-its upsetting that the clap is not in rose gold especially due to the $$$$$ We are in Taiwan, the store confirmed that it is IMPOSSIBLE to exchange my gifts here. Plus fine jewelry is even more impossible even though I didn't try them on and they were in the original boxes. I got furious, emailed Dior headquarter with no response. They did confirm the receipt of my emails and that was it. The sales of Dior texted me and apologized but wouldn't return my follow up calls or texts again I am left with 2 pieces of jewelry that I absolutely wouldn't wear. Would you be disgusted with their customer service? Would you want to support a brand that doesn't treat customer with care? Would you ever want to spend another $$$$$ on brands that LIED to you? I have honestly never been LIED to by a Luxury brand. Not at Cartier, not at Chanel and never at Hermes. For a brand that pride themselves with luxury price tags shouldn't LIE to their clients EVER. read more

Went there again after 4 months and got the same treatment. Last time I was there the SA did not want to help me and my mom because we want to try on belt. She kept on walking away and when we talked to her she just turn around. When my mom asked to see the bags and shoes she did not. So we end up getting the belt online. Yesterday, we went again, this time I went after work so I was in my working clothes. I bought a chanel before went in to Dior. As soon as I stepped in they start looking me from my toes to head and gave attitude. While asking if I have any questions both employees (one of them was the one from last time) stared at my shoes and point to chanel bag then start looking at me from head to toe again. They were speaking in Chinese. So I just walked out even though I wanted to get a purse. I think this place should retrain their employees to treat customers better and not based on their look. I'd rather buy it from Dior at Crystal or in California or even online. If you want to shop here dress accordingly. read more

Absolutely excellent service! I was shopping for a new purse for my girlfriend and Yuki was so helpful and so knowledgeable about the Brand it made my experience absolutely amazing :) When you go to Bellagio Dior definitely ask for Yuki ! :) read more

Just left the store and HORRIBLE customer service. It always bewilders me how most the employees feel entitled to look down on the shopper? Lol I guess they don't realize they are working there and WE are the customers, obviously in the store to spend good money on quality product but when customer service is shit; it shows how quality they really are. Take you money and go to Chanel or ANY of the other luxury stores, this place is garbage and treats their patrons as such. Hopefully management sees this and sends their employees through customer service courses. Btw, the lady who was taking care of us was blond hair. (I really wanted to ask her name!!!) read more

I worked with Andy Garcia. He was very polite and friendly. He kindly explained the designs and concepts behind the products for us, helped us try on some of the items we looked at. He was never pushy. He made sure to give us space while we shopped, but at the same time, was very attentive and professional. He was the best representation of the brand. Dior bags are very cute as well but I do love their RTW. I just wished they had more items in stock. However it seems like this boutique is much bigger and has a lot more selections than the one in the Crystals mall, so if you want to browse, I would recommend going to this boutique (inside Bellagio). read more

I loved the sales team and very attentive. My man took me here and there we didn't have to wait long to get service.

Why does this place have poor reviews??? Every Dior I've been to has impeccable service and this one was no exception. I was there for several minutes and I saw all types of customers come in and every single one was greeted right away and treated with respect and care. It is smaller than the boutique at Crystal's near Aria, but they still have tons of eye candy to look at. My sales associate was super friendly and showed me all the bags I requested to look at, including the Lady Dior and Diorama. Not only that, he was extremely knowledgeable about the fashion house and let me know what inspired each bag design. I never knew that the Diorama came in several different colors! I was able to touch and try so many of them that I'm now obsessed with this bag and am debating on saving up for one. Definitely worth coming in here, especially if you do not have a boutique in your area like I do. I've become a Dior convert for sure after visiting this place and the Crystals boutique! I can now see why many Chanel followers love Dior! read more

I wanted to take the time and thank Olga for her amazing customer service - if you need anything she will go out of her way to treat you like royalty. My fiancé and I casually went in on 6/19 looking at some bags and Olga really went above and beyond with the service she provided!! I was contemplating between a Lady Dior and Saddle bag; and she brought out all these colors/fabrics for me to try on. This is definitely the experience you want and should get when shopping at Dior. Now Olga is my go to for anything I need! You must see her, you will not regret it! read more

My wife and I waited 20 minutes to get in. When we got in, she asked an employee if he could help her. He told her no and he needed to find someone else. He never did. We left 10 minutes later - empty-handed. Bad move. My wife makes high figure money and loves to shop. She then went to Fendi and dropped a wad. You should avoid this pretentious store and do the same. read more

The stark white boutique is like a hospital with designer duds strewn everywhere. My visit reminded me why I don't like Dior: 1) Tassels, tassels, tassels! If I wanted to look like a cowgirl, I would do it for less. 2) Saddle shaped bags. They are still around? And why must they be recreated with fabrics conveying different cultures? 3) 75% of their shades say DIOR very obnoxiously on the arms. 4) Customer service was surly. read more

CUTE CUTE CUTE semi-costume/semi-fine jewelry (rhodium and Swarovski crystal). Well, some of the items in Las Vegas' Dio Boutiques may be last season or even the seasons prior because it's not exactly Rodeo Drive or the South Coast Plaza. I mean think of Vegas and think of the red necks that live around the area. You think they can really afford high quality designer goods for top dollars? I don't think so. It's not LA or NY or Paris or Milan, etc... So yes, they'll have the ugly saddle bags and tassels everywhere. With that said, I went to this Dior knowing that I was going to find a hot deal. The day prior, I walked by after losing four bills from gambling and was too depressed to even step foot into the boutique. Later that night, I won back all my money and knew that if I didn't go shopping with it, I'd loose it all again...so, I hurried my lil ass over to the Forum Shoppe and found a great pair of 600 puppies for 40% off :) Woooohoooo! The sales rep, I think her name was Stella, was very helpful. The shoes didn't come in my size, so she called around until she found em' at Caesear's Palace. The reps at this location seemed friendlier than the ones at Caesear's. I didn't care...I'm not the one working retail...so I walked up to one of em snooty reps, gave em' Stella's card so she gets the commission and took my hot pair of brown suede Diors home. read more

After coming into this store, I feel like I have to write a review. The sales associate, Chloe, made this a true boutique experience! I highly recommend Chloe to anyone who shops here, whether you are buying something big or small. She was extremely patient with me and helped me decide on a gorgeous Toile du Jouy scarf and she took the time to show me all the pieces in the collection. The overall energy in the store felt very relaxed and each sales associate looked like they were proud to present each collection. The main reason why I'm writing this review for this location is that I feel it's important to stress that Chloe and the other sales associates at this boutique made me feel at ease. If you are reading this and are not sure if you want to shop here, I'd encourage you to stop in because of the fantastic service! read more

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Olga! She was so wonderful and made my first time Dior purchase very memorable. Okay I am a huge fan of CD and I went to Paris to buy the latest bags. When I came home I noticed that I had been getting a weird stain on my shoulders. So when I was in Vegas by chance, I stopped in to ask them about my purse. They actually had the AUDACITY to tell me that Oh.. yah that happens A LOT, it's a GLOSSING issue. I said, okay can we resolve this problem. She said, "Sure, if you pay a few hundred bucks we will ship it back to the manufacturer fix it and then ship it back." I was like umm but this is YOUR company's FAULT. That was the answer I got. I dropped a couple of thousand dollars on a worthless bag and they dare tell me that I have to pay more to have it fixed! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I think if you pay over 1k or even half that price, they need to make sure the product is actually good. LV gives MUCH BETTER SERVICE! I am soooo MAD! I still like some of their bags, but I will never buy them again if they are going to stain my clothes and I will have to pay them to have THEM fix THEIR PROBLEM! DON'T BUY CD! HORRIBLE BRAND! SHODDY QUALITY! BAD SERVICE! read more

It seems like I've always had bad luck with Dior. I ordered a pink new lock pouch from NY boutique , the bag arrived with a minor damage so I returned back to the boutique with no problem. I then ordered the exact same bag from Las Vegas boutique on May 9th , the bag arrived on May 15th . The bag did not came with a box , only a dust bag . (Manager explained to me the clutch does not come in a box, but the one from NY did ) Then on the right side of the bag had a dent and the without box issue seemed weird to me , so i returned the bag . I mailed out on may 18th , before mailing out I texted the SA that sold the bag to me . He disappeared ! Did not return any of my message!!!!!!! I called about a week later checking up on the process, another lady SA answered my call , she told me I cannot get a refund because it was pass the 10 day return period. I explained that the shipping take time, just like how when I ordered the bag on the 9th but didn't get it till the 15th !! She told me she would talk with a manager and call me back, and guess what ? She disappeared too! I called the las vegas boutique this morning and luckily the manager answered the phone, I thought finally someone I could talk to. She told me she could not do a return ( because its rare) exchange only and if i want a store credit , it needs approval and it takes a long time. I explained to her that NY did a refund , she then gave me an attitude about how they" received on time" ( no , it was the exact same situation) "why can't you just get a new bag " I have NEVER EVER encountered this kind of poor customer service . Oh and guess what she said by the end ? " I will call you back " read more

I am really surprised about the lady Dior poor quality !!!!! I bought my lady Dior handbag at 5-21-2014 from Las Vegas, United States Of America. However, I have not used the bag yet!! Because when I arrived home (Saudi Arabia ) the bag handle was broken !!! How so !!! Bad with 4779.50 $ , its handle become broken!! I went to the Dior boutique in my country , which is located in Kingdom Center Level 1 and 2 - Olaya Street , Riyadh , Saudi Arabia, (Their phone number is 00 966121121) they refused to fix, to replace the bag!!! This is not what I expected from a well known company !!! The lady Dior has a full guarantee against any damage of the lady Dior handbag. The guarantee should be covered in any Dior boutiques worldwide According to Daniel Davenpot a sell man in a Dior boutique in las Vegas Bellagio. I am currently in Saudi Arabia and I will not be able to go to las Vegas to return the bag!!! Bad service!!! Bad quality!!! Don't buy CD read more

I love Dior, and I love this location. I will be coming here from now on, if you want to know read my review on the location at the forum shops. I came here after a long and tiring episodes at cesar's trying to get my second choice shoe. Alas, in an effort to save time, I stopped into the Bellagio location and boy was I happy I did. Upon entering I was offered water ( was not offered any at Cesar's) and was immediately helped with everything I needed. The sales associate offered great advice on my purchase and was helpful with all of my questions. This was such a relief given that I had been treated terribly by another associate at the forum shops. Sadly, I saw two or three other pairs, but as a result of my previous experience did not have time to try on. Great store, friendly staff, I will come back again. I forget the name of my sales lady but her #768, so if a manager reads this please give her good feedback :) read more

I purchased a wallet over the phone, had it shipped as a gift. The package arrived but wallet was missing from Dior box which I did not discover until I had mailed it to the person it was for, which was really bad..I found out after the person got the Dior box, opened it to find it empty...Also, the sales person, Rhoda, has been texting me ever since I made the purchase. This is stalking. I ended up charging back the purchase with my credit card. Most recently, a Nadia keeps texting, like most annoying sales people whom are only after a sale as you appear only to be a number to them. read more

I normally do not take the time to write a negative review, but I had a negative experience yesterday with sales associate Yuqi. I was extremely bothered about the situation because I have always had positive experiences at Dior, and to no surprise I noticed on google reviews that another customer having issues twice with Yuqi as well. Yesterday I was looking to purchase some shoes, but throughout my time there Yuqi acted like me asking for shoe sized was an inconvenience for her. She had a horrible attitude every time she saw me look at t a different pair. When I told her I was not sure what my shoe size would be she immediately asked "you don't even know your shoe size?". I brushed it off until she offered for me to try on the display shoes, which she "handed over" by slamming them on the table. I ended up leaving discouraged by the customer service, but ended up having amazing service at the Wynn. read more

We window shopped everywhere in Las Vegas. It was a lot of fun. We went into Dior and tried on some rings, why not it's free, right? Noo, the sales lady was very nice. I told her we'd think about the ring and earings I'd tried on. She wrapped up the hard bound Dior catalogue for me to take. The next day, my husband bought me the Diorette bee ring! It is very cute. Are you f'in kidding me? Let me tell you something CD salesgirl, if for one second you think that your retail job compares financially or mentally to my education and career you are detrimentally mistaken you stupid bitch. So, I'm in Vegas and when I'm in Vegas there's a few things I do... 1. Eat at Shibuya - have Kani and Summer Snow Sake 2. Shop at the Forum 3. Drink like a sailor So it was my shopping day and I'm totally chillin in my shopping attire...kitten heel flip flops, jeans, and a regular top...with a FENDI bag (which I've NEVER had an issue with). There's a little black purse that I just saw online and wanted to pick it up from CD until this stuck-up Asian saleswoman screwed the sale. I waited by the purse looking around as a signal for HELP Please...as I watched the staff hang out...stand around...walk around...help other people, etc. Finally I decide, you know what...I'm just going to approach them, buy the damn purse, be happy and be on my way. When I approached the dumb broad she says to me, "Which one?" with a sarcastic undertone....I pointed to it and she says, "Oh that's $1,750..."...I stood there...looked at her....she said nothing....I give her the eye and she walks away. So I blew up! So while I was walking out I made sure that everyone could hear the following, "I can read prices you uneducated idiot, unlike you I don't work retail for Christian Dior, I BUY IT, and I asked you to package the bag not price it...there's your meals for a month bitch...off to FENDI!" I'll never buy another CD bag due to the reviews I've recently read about poor quality and the poor customer service. WOW! Unbelievable! read more

OMG - words cannot express what wonderful experience we had here with Alexandra. I walked in just wanted to "look" because i saw their new Diorama Bag which looks kinda like a Chanel Boy (which is out of my budget!) and wanted to take a look - and I've been in love with the Lady Dior Bag for over 10 years but have never been able to afford it. Alexandra was MORE than helpful showing me all the various colors and options - she was NOT snobby at all - in fact totally welcoming - the entire store was! And I will say - I have shopped at a few LV stores and they are ALWAYS SNOBBY - and these Dior Bags start at some of the more expensive LV bags - no need for snobbery people! So anyways - I fell in love with the large grey Diorama - but the price was WAY more than I was wanting to spend - but after some convincing by Alexandra we agreed to put the bag on hold and walk around and think about it. 2 hours later we swung back around and after much deliberation decided to purchase. There were some issues with the credit cards - i guess Dior corporate won't let them run a CC more than once - but my credit card companies kept thinking they were fraud purchase (high $$ and unusual city) even when I called and asked them to clear it - and it still wouldn't process when i was on the phone with them and Dior tried to swipe. Regardless, we found a work around - it was tedious - but Alexandra stayed with us the entire ordeal - over 2 hours - and fed us champagne i some gorgeous Dior crystal glasses, halloween candy and waters :) It was in the end a wonderful experience. I love my bag - the quality is amazing - the detail is beautiful and i love how it's much more exclusive (not as widely made) as the Chanel Bags. It's the new bag from their 2015 Cruise Collection and I'm SO glad we walked in "just to look." Thinking back - no regrets, but wish i looked more at the Lady Dior's too - BUT i love my bag - its an investment and it's a new fresh bag :) LOVE IT! read more

Wen I went with my family to Vegas, me and my sis decided to explre the Bellagio, at the time my sister's birthday was fast appraching and I wanted to get her something nice. She walked out crying because not one but TWO employess snubbed her, because she was wearing a Coach purse (So DUMB!). I went in, and asked to speak to the manager, who just happened to be a dumb dumb blonde. I asked if the store was commissioned based, and she said yes. I love this store. Not only for the merchandise, but the sales people were truly courteous, professional and helpful here as well. They didn't have my size, so they quickly found the shoe in my size at another location and offered to have it transferred over to this store in 2 hours. We came back later to try on the shoes again and we both ended up buying a pair. The whole shopping experience was so luxurious, we truly felt pampered by the sales staff, even as we hemmed and hawed for a loooong time on whether or not to buy the shoes. No pressure and no rush!
