They don't work on Fridays, and many offices take 1 to 1.5 hours for lunch. When you call within those very limited hours you can often wait on hold for 13 to 27 minutes. Each time, they will tell you that they are short staffed. This has been my experience for the last 5 years without exception. Short staffed? Isn't that just bad HR management?

Dr.Hungerford has a gentle manner and he is kind to his patients. He is more knowledgeable then my previous doctors and was able to help me balance my medication so I can manage my health. Listen by the time you need an endocrinologist your body is suffering and your spirit is crushed. There isn't a cure for hypothyroidism but medication and diet can help you. Many people get angry at a permanent auto immune disease and might reflect that anger in their reviews but I have seen what a bad endocrinologist is like and Dr.Hungerford is the best I have ever met. My decision to choose Dr Chris Murphy as my primary care doc came because of professional reviews that were given to me and over the last two years I have been a patient and fully satisfied. The office staff is friendly and professional, my time with Dr. Murphy never seems rushed and they follow up as needed with appointments and labs. She said she would get back to me. Left a voicemail on the 12th, then again on the 19th. No response still. This was a referral from a family member that loves this doctor. Too bad his staff sucks.
