Colt from Ram Jack came out and meticulously measured the elevations and they all fell within 1/2" of each other. He advised that doing nothing was the best option. He even took the time to show me how he obtained each of the measurements to make sure I understood the situation. He also described what to look out for to detect future foundation issues. Colt and Ram Jack just saved me $35,000. Colt declined my offer to pay him for his time. Today I tried to call to get an appointment. I spoke to someone who told me he can see "Seth" at his desk and Seth was not on the phone and did not look busy. I told the original person I did not want to be put in voicemail and he "assured" me that "Seth knew I was calling." Guess what? It went into Seth's voicemail. I left a detailed phone message. Rather than Seth calling me back with the information he just received, Seth sent me text messages asking what I needed. And, I kept getting text messages and responded to call me. TERRIBLE Customer Service! Since purchasing my vehicle, which is still under warranty, because of the horrible service, I have had to take my vehicle to Les Schwab for tire rotations, and other reliable service shops for oil changes. This is by far the worst service ever! I suppose the up side is...if this is how they treat customers, then we should think twice about how they would treat our vehicle. Scottie was genuine, knowledgeable, and generous with their beautiful property. We went on a brief hike around the forest before enjoying a peaceful lunch watching the horses. We spent the rest of the day with the baby animals and admiring the nature around us. I don't think I have said "awe" as many times as I did today ever before. The baby goats and little lambs were so entertaining. We stayed for only a day and cannot wait to return for more.

I said yes and he acted like i did not know what i was talking about and pretty much walked away and let someone help me. Well, someone in that service dept walked out with me to see what i was talking about and he said he would check it out.
