From the initial call, Ken and his team looked in their inventory to confirm the stock of my requested shoe size and colors to ensure there were multiple items to try on. When I made the trip to the store, Ken was welcoming, knowledgeable about the Sanitas, and all of the shoes they carry as well as the accessories. I purchased some compression socks for flights, and he showed my friend and I an easy way to put them on for our flights. Overall we had a great visit and highly recommend Ken and his team if you are looking for a store with great customer service and selection. Excited to have Sanitas back in my shoe rotation.

Not here to talk bad about others. My wife said call another location and just ask. I waited a few months, should have taken my wife's advice, but I called the Royal Oak store and talked to Luke. He said come in and he will help me. Sure, I thought, just like the other one did. Well, Luke actually did help me. Fixed the problem and away went. I walked out extremely happy customer thanks to Luke. Honestly, Luke saved Hanson's, they would have lost a customer for life. I send everyone to Hanson's, now it will be the Royal Oak location only. Thanks Luke.

They carry a lot of Kelly & Katie flats and heels and I am big into them since they feel and fit so comfortably. Bought some AK's that were super comfy. Been adhering to the rule of only purchasing shoes that fit at first try and walk. I found 3 pairs and for $143, not bad since I go through flats every year. Didn't have the silver metallic flats with no embellishment but the AK would take me far in the office for now. Loving the calf hair black/brown and cream flats, goes with tons of things, much better than the Dr. Scholl's leopard print I bought a while back. I think I buy about 3/4 of my shoe collection from DSW, the rest from boutique shops as I prefer unique wears when possible. Would have been better if I had more than a $5 coupon, oh well, there aren't usually many good coupons that I can use when I find a pair of shoes it would seem.
