It took two trips. The car was never finished properly. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

In 2023 I accidentally hit one of the short yellow poles in a Walmart parking lot. I found this…read more"mom/pop" repair shop, Kingman Body Works a block down the street from Walmart on Airway. (I am all about supporting small businesses) I was told by the young couple owners (he & his wife) this was a 2nd generation business and it was originally his father's business. The young man, after working with my insurance Geico, got the repair approved ans he told me he would be ordering Toyota "OEM" parts. I had never heard of this term so he explained to me this was "Original Equipment Manufactured parts". After the repair was approved by Geico & meself, I left my car (2019 Toyota CH-R) with him. He replaced the left front drivers side panel and the left front, drivers side rear view mirror. This was in early spring. Usually when I unlock my doors to get in, both side mirrors open and display in lights to the ground, "TOYOTA CH-R". I should gave checked this when he replaced the left mirror, but I didnt. I believed the owner's word regarding the OEM part & the left mirror would display this. It's was now late spring, early summer. (my fault again, I don't drive at night) I don't notice until fall/winter that this left mirror does NOT display the lighted "TOYOTA CH-R". I went back in to his shop to speak to the owner & his wife about this not an IEM MIRROR. He stated he thought he did order OEM parts & they would look for the paperwork to confirm it was OEM parts and let me know. A few weeks later I called again. He said that it would be a little bit longer as they were in the process of moving their business/facility to a different location. I have NEVER heard from them again. I never called him back as maybe I should have. I guess I had hoped & prayed they were more reputable than this & he would follow thru & contact me, I had left my info the last time I spoke with he & his wife. I don't know (yet) where they're now located. I hope they see this, reach out to me and make things right. I know time has passed but I still wish for my OEM left side, rear view mirror quoted & paid for! They should still have my contact info. TO OWNER: Please make good on your promise to me ALMOST 2 years ago! Look for the paperwork again. Confirm TOYOTA sent you the OEM mirror you supposedly & promised. Maybe you didn't order it, thinking, since it was spring, I wouldn't ever notice....which, by the way, I didn't.

Shitty service... They sale you lemons and then have you come back and spend more money on fixing…read morethe isssue. Then they take thier time fixing it too and God forbid you leave a comment on here.. They will retaliate by holding your by vehicle longer. Tims should be asamhed of themselfs. Travis needs to prioritze his time better as a mechanic too. Doesnt take over a month to fix what was needing fixed. And it sure doesnt take a week to do an oil change and test drive.. ZERO STARS from me and my family. Thanks for ripping my family off and putting us deeper into a struggle we were already in. Lemon laws in arizona need to be changed. Allows shady bussinesses like Tim's to prosper.

I bought a used truck from this dealer. I was told it had a 30 day warranty when I bought it. I…read morehad the truck about 10 days and had only driven it about 30 miles when I discovered that the heater didn't work and the oil pressure light would come on when rpm's got below 1000 like slowing for a stop light. I took the truck back and Tim the owner told me that the oil needed changed and that he guaranteed that the light would quit coming on after the oil change. I had the oil changed at my expense and the light still came on so I went back to the dealer. This time Tim told me that it was the oil sending unit and that I could get one for about $20 at a parts store but he made no effort to fix it himself. As far as the heater goes he told me the heater core was bad and that if I bought one he would install it for $100 labor. I asked him about the 30 day warranty and he said that it only covered the motor and transmission not small items like the heater. When we were discussing the warranty he got really irate, raised his voice at me, walked away from me and told me to leave. When I first took the truck back after discovering these issues I told him I had only driven the truck about 30 miles and with all these issues I didn't feel comfortable with the truck and would he let me exchange it for a different vehicle. He said he would but it would have cost me $600 more for a vehicle with the same asking price on the windshield that I paid for the truck. Very dishonest person in my opinion and will never do business there again.
