My sandals didn't need extensive repairing, the leather strap had just separated and I didn't trust myself in glueing it back together. They did this job flawlessly and in a timely manner. He asked me if I was okay with walking around the mall and coming back in an hour. Recommend for your shoe repairs and other leather goods. I am a happy customer!

I brought in a leather bag recently to see if they could repair a small rip. Instead of attempting to fix it, they simply told me that it would be better if I didn't repair it as it would cause more damage. Usually, you would expect them to repair it, and regardless of the final results, they will still find a way to make money off of you. This honesty thing is important these days. I would feel at ease to bring other items for them to repair.

We're having a discussing and he's explaining what happened when the brother comes and starts to yell at me, no discussing nothing.. Just screaming in my face that they were garbage boots and he did the best he could. (They were practically new and only worn end of January into February. ) It's to the point were I'm starting to get frighten and look to the other brother for help and I ask for just the refund of the 63 dollars they charged me to "clean" my boots. He looks at me and says 'No you stupid bitch!" I'm utterly shocked and mad at this point, I'd shaking I'm so mad and on the verge of tears.. And I manage to muster up enough courage to blurt out you ruined my boots!! And that's when all hell breaks lose, they come from behind the counter and start calling me garbage and saying that I'm an idiot and that I should leave and never come back.
