I was not about to undo and return the lock so I called Assured Lock and Key. After telling Randy my plight he said he could be at my house in a couple of hours. Same day service!!! Randy, rekeyed the lock, made me two new keys and even adjusted the strike plate to make the lock work properly. The cost for all of this was really reasonable.
