He read and interpreted my MRI and tailored my sessions to the exact area of the problem. Ray, the PT Assistant, and Angelo, the PT Aide, administer most of the exercises that Alex prescribes. I started going for acupuncture and medical massage treatment and it turned out that I was given the incorrect information and ended up paying more each visit than I was initially told I would have to pay over time. They eventually admitted that I was given the incorrect information, I reconfirmed exactly what I'd have to pay each time and I continued because I really needed the treatment. Additionally, the massage therapist's availability was limited and hard to align with my schedule so I started booking weeks in advance. For my most recent appointment, I received the text message to confirm my appointment 4 days in advance and I replied to confirm - it was correct for the day and time I booked for. The morning of my appointment I got a reminder via text message stating that my appointment was a different time (a time I couldn't make because of other commitments). I called the office right away to inquire about the time change - they saw that my appointment was moved and someone else was in for my original time slot. Knowing I booked it weeks ago (23 days to be exact), and received the confirmation text 4 days prior, I asked if the other person booked before or after me. They confirmed that MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT WAS BOOKED BEFORE THE OTHER PERSON. So instead of honoring my original appointment that I booked first they called the other person to see if they could switch - not to tell the other person that the office messed up and someone else (me) was already booked for that time slot!! They called me back to say the other person didn't answer their call, sorry for the mixup - apologetic but totally wrong in making me lose my appointment because of their error (and because the other patient didn't answer their phone) and would not change it on the other person even though I was booked first. Aside from the front desk staff, acupuncture services provided by Kristen and medical massage provided by Terese were excellent. It's unfortunate for these service providers to lose the business not by any fault of their own.

From day one I have felt the improved difference and relief. All the PT's really know their craft and were great. My main therapist Joe Grignoli was terrific. Through these weeks he worked with me with his own personal touch and undivided attention. I've had the misfortune of needing on and off physical therapy since…read moremy early teen years as passengers in cars to more recent injuries after being attacked by a Rottweiler and the on n off bedridden times leading to many other issues & muscle atrophy. So I wanted somewhere that can treat multiple injuries and they do have aquatic therapy if needed. It's hard finding a place to go that is welcoming, still hands on during these "covid times" and has with good staff! I often felt rushed, forgotten and just eh with some others. Premier performance evaluated me efficiently and continues to ask me what areas are giving me more pain etc. Empathic, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly staff! It's a "positive energy" environment which makes all the difference. There's usually good music playing, some good conversations going on in there and they pay attention to your form when doing exercises.
